This lovely ocean view condo is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a half hour walk along the sandy beach to the quaint village of Del Mar. The condo has been renovated on the exterior and remodeled on the interior this past year. Walk to restaurants and unique shopping at Cedros Design Center. Enjoy watching the horses train, concerts, sunsets and evening hot air balloons. The condo overlooks the pool separating it from the surrounding buildings, giving it an open air feeling.
Easy access to the close by Freeway, yet away from the noise. 20 minutes to SeaWorld, 15 minutes to Legoland, 25 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Harbor and Gaslamp district. 35 minutes to the Wild Animal Park. Water activities on the harbor range from kayaks to sailing on the America's Cup "Stars and Strips". Great restaurants, & golf courses abound.

This was my home before I began renting it as a vacation rental. I enjoy the views of the ocean, sunsets and the activities at the Del Mar racetrack. The view is always changing! I also enjoy sailing and skiing.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean, the surf, the in-field fountains at the Del Mar Racetrack and the hot air balloons over the hills to the east. There is always something going on at the racetrack, horse races, country fairs, concerts, antique shows, and on and on. Yet the condo is up on the hill away from the noise and hubbub, to be able to interact when one desires.
