The Hollows pools are beautiful with fabulous views of the lake. You can enjoy the view and have great service from the restaurant with poolside menus. Or if you want to stay home we have a large screen TV, movies, pool table, dart board, and family games (cards, board games, horseshoes...). We also offer a concierge service at an additional fee. Those services include (but not limited to) grocery shopping, boat/ jet ski rental, and errand running.

Why the Owner Chose Jonestown
The Hollows is a 1400-acre development that won the Master Planned Community of the Year Award for 2008, because of its excellent planning and landscaping designs. It was built by Centex Destination Properties as a retirement/vacation community with three types of investment options: Condos, Casitas or Villas (small homes) and estate lots for second homes and retirement homes. We chose the estate lot option, because it offers so much more for the family, than the condos or the casitas. The Hollows pool amenities are second to none, with the Beach Club Grill, a work-out facility: a vanishing edge pool and lower level pool, hot tubs, waterfalls; outdoor pavilion with large fireplace for making smores; BBQ grills and even an outdoor smoker. There are plenty of amenities to choose from, including swimming, horseshoes, kayaking, hammocks, beach volleyball, boating, hiking, biking and exploring. If you like to do wine tasting, there is Flat Creek Winery just down 1431 past Logo Vista. And of course, you have the City of Austin, Music Capitol of the World, just 45 minutes from the Hollows. All of this will give you a true taste of the Texas Hill Country at its best.

This home is a place we built together as a family, because we know the Hollows is so much fun and brings the family closer together. The home was built back in 2007 by Stonewood Homes, and is owned by Group Venture Properties, LLC, a family owned business. It was designed with the family foremost in mind, and offers many amenities that will make you feel right at home. The home is situated in the Hilltop located in the Hollows at Northshore, with views of Lake Travis from the front yard and the rear upper porch. The home is large enough where two to three small families can stay together, making the home affordable for all. We believe families who play together, stay together.
