This is a premier, adult community sometimes better known as "DISNEY WORLD FOR ADULTS" or "FLORIDA'S FRIENDLIEST HOME TOWN". The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of or need is accessible by golf cart including over 85 restaurants. You're just 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, 60 miles from Daytona, and 45 miles from Orlando.
Nicely decorated, fully furnished, patio villa. Two bedroom, two bath, home with nearly 1200 square feet of living space, screened lanai, and a one and one half car garage. It is located in the Village of Piedmont and within walking distance to the Chatham Rec Center which has a family swimming pool and 2 executive golf courses.
It is a short distance to the Nancy Lopez Country Club (27 holes) and two executive golf courses adjacent to it. The Nancy Lopez Restaurant is annually voted one of the top restaurants in The Villages. It also has a Tiki bar for more informal dining at poolside. It is also a short distance to the Glenview Country Club & Tennis Center.
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play nine or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the country club. Relax in one of the more than 35 swimming pools and then head down to the town square for live music/dancing every night. Dine in one of the eight country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the many great restaurants on the Town Squares.
After dinner, take in a movie at one of our two beautiful movie theaters or head over to Katie Belle's for some late night live entertainment and dancing. Participate in one of the over 500 free clubs and activities that are offered each week. TRULY A PARADISE!!!
