Private parking in front of the building with easy access to the ground level apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, full size refrigerator with ice maker, all new appliances. There is a dining area, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has a front door and a back door. Washing machine and dryer are on the premises. There is a covered outdoor area for seating, as well as a patio table for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Why the Owner Chose Deerfield Beach:
This property has been in our family for 27 years! Annie's parents purchased it in 1982. They chose it because of it's proximity to the beach and it's charm. Annie's Dad called it "the gem of the neighborhood". As other original buildings in the area were torn down and replaced, we have chosen to renovate and keep the original feel.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
If you are lucky enough to live at the beach, you are lucky enough. We love living at the beach! We enjoy walking along the beach walk. It's great exercise and the views along the way are spectacular. We walk 3/4 of a mile to the fishing pier, where we often enjoy breakfast or dinner at one of the casual restaurants. There is no fighting beach traffic. We enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee and after all the beach goers leave for the day...we are still here! It's great. It's the perfect place to relax.
