Have been renting homes in Delray during the Xmas holidays for the last 7 years, this home is by far the best! The home is even nicer than the pictures, very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for walking to beach, stores on Atlantic and Starbucks. We are booked for a month next year already.
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with teenagers, age 55+.

As soon as you get your first glimpse of the boats traveling down the intracoastal, you know you are in a very special place. The house is totally charming with casual beachy decor and two comfortable bedrooms on either side of the house and a third bedroom/study in the middle. It is clean and well-equipped and Sonny, the property manager, is always available if you need something. The location is ideal. You can walk into town for dinner on Atlantic Avenue (it's about 3/4 mi.) but parking is easy to find too. The beach is about a 5 minute drive and there is parking around the beach too. Try Cafe Luna Rosa for a great breakfast across from the beach. There is a Publix supermarket just down the street and a Whole Foods is about 15 minutes away in Boca Raton. This is our second year coming here and we can't wait to come back next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The photos online don't do this house justice. It is so cute and made our vacation absolutely perfect! The house was Pottery Barn/Restoration Hardware picture-perfect. Brand new everything, immaculate, up-to-date well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms, beautiful bedding, comfortable furnishings (it just needs an additional loveseat in the living room to complete the lounge-style seating for 6), gorgeous pool, and the setting right on the intracoastal was fabulous. I didn't want to leave, ever! So close to shopping and fabulous restaurants on Atlantic Ave. What more could you ask? The realtor for the property was so helpful and made our stay all the more pleasant. Excellent value for a spring break vacation and a really wonderful home, vacation or otherwise.
