We have recently returned from our Christmas trip to south Florida. I wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed the property at 707 7th Street. It exceeded our expectations in roominess and decor. The photos online do not do justice to how large the property is or how well kept. From the minute you enter the foyer to the beauty of the pool area, the house was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with all the dishes, glassware, utensils and linens that were needed. We appreciated that there were some of the daily needed amenities such as baggies and Tide. You were very attentive in coming to fix the couple small requests we had while there. You helped make our stay very enjoyable and we would love to come back next year! Thanks again!

The house was Pottery Barn/Restoration Hardware picture-perfect. Brand new everything, immaculate, up-to-date well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms, beautiful bedding, comfortable furnishings, gorgeous pool, and the setting right on the intracoastal was fabulous. I didn't want to leave, ever! So close to shopping and fabulous restaurants on Atlantic Ave. What more could you ask? Sonny was so helpful and made our stay all the more pleasant. Excellent value for a vacation and a really wonderful home, vacation or otherwise.

Have been renting homes in Delray during the Xmas holidays for the last 7 years, this home is by far the best! The home is even nicer than the pictures, very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for walking to beach, stores on Atlantic and Starbucks. We are booked for a month next year already.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

As soon as you get your first glimpse of the boats traveling down the intracoastal, you know you are in a very special place. The house is totally charming with casual beachy decor and two comfortable bedrooms on either side of the house and a third bedroom/study in the middle. It is clean and well-equipped and Sonny, the property manager, is always available if you need something. The location is ideal. You can walk into town for dinner on Atlantic Avenue (it's about 3/4 mi.) but parking is easy to find too. The beach is about a 5 minute drive and there is parking around the beach too. Try Cafe Luna Rosa for a great breakfast across from the beach. There is a Publix supermarket just down the street and a Whole Foods is about 15 minutes away in Boca Raton. This is our second year coming here and we can't wait to come back next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The photos online don't do this house justice. It is so cute and made our vacation absolutely perfect! The house was Pottery Barn/Restoration Hardware picture-perfect. Brand new everything, immaculate, up-to-date well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms, beautiful bedding, comfortable furnishings (it just needs an additional loveseat in the living room to complete the lounge-style seating for 6), gorgeous pool, and the setting right on the intracoastal was fabulous. I didn't want to leave, ever! So close to shopping and fabulous restaurants on Atlantic Ave. What more could you ask? The realtor for the property was so helpful and made our stay all the more pleasant. Rental Rates:
* (Summer) May 1 - October 31: $7500/month + tax & $250 Cleaning Fee.
$3000.00/week + tax & $250 Cleaning.
* (Winter) November 1 - April 30: $8500/month + tax & $250 Cleaning Fee
$4000.00/week + tax & $250 Cleaning Fee.
* Holiday Weeks listed below are $4000/week:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter.
*Pool will be heated by request for additional $150 a month or $75 per week

be faxed or emailed upon request.

50% of the rental fees are required to reserve dates, and will be applied toward the balance of rental fees.

within 30 days of departure.
Refundable Security Deposit:
$1,000.00Cancellation Policy:
