SUMMER SEASON 2007 (July 15th thru August open)$9000/two weeks or $12,000.00/mo
RATES are negotiable for Longer Term; Property available for long term lease.
Transient Rental Tax to be applied if less than 6-month term at tenant's expense.
Pets allowed but separate Pet Deposit required at tenant's expense (refundable).
Security Deposit required on all rentals (refundable within 7 days).
Maid Cleaning Fee of $200.00 to be a paid by tenants. Additional Maid
Service available weekly at tenant's expense.
