Our home offers privacy, along with a heated pool/spa, two waterfalls and screened lanai. Three bedrooms, two baths and a well equipped kitchen offer you all the comforts of home. Two bikes are available for your enjoyment to explore the entire "Lely Resort". We are on the second fairway of "Mustang Golf Course" in Masters Reserve. Lely Resort has three Championship Golf Courses as well as numerous courses minutes away.

The famous "5th Avenue" in Downtown Naples is just 10 to 15 minutes away. There you will enjoy fine dining, shopping, fishing, boating and of course, the beach! Marco Island and Isles of Capri are also minutes away.

Our home has many tropical trees, making your stay a surely, "Tropical Treat".

  • January 31 - March 30 The fastest two months ever. Location - Vacation Everything is no more than 10 - 15 minutes away. Tin City, Olde Naples, Naples Zoo, and many Great Restaurants in every direction. The pool and lanai were awesome for fun, relaxation, and sunsets. Can't wait to return next year. Regards, Fred & Jo

  • We spent two incredible weeks in Nancy and Bill's home. To say this home requires nothing would be an understatement. It is equipped with everything you could imagine. Nancy and Bill have gone beyond expectations in setting this home up to be comfortable and enjoyable to their guests. The pool/lania area is exceptional and the home itself presents an atmosphere that makes you want to do nothing but relax and enjoy each day. We have rented many homes in Florida and this is definitely at the top of the list for value and quality. Well worth the investment to have your best vacation ever. Book early and relax.   • We spent two wonderful weeks at "Nancy's Naples". The house was homey, clean and very well supplied. The location is ideal and the Lely Resort is lovely. Our favorite spot was the lanai--so peaceful! As well, Nancy and Bill were very helpful when we had questions. We hope to return again soon.

  • Nancy and Bill, Thanks for the great vacation in your lovely home. It's location was perfect, being about equidistant from downtown Naples and Marco Island. The many restaurants in the surrounding areas made our stay even more enjoyable. We even got a chance to see some swamp buggy races.

  • My husband and I stayed for a week at "Nancy's Naples" and it was a peaceful & wonderful vacation. My husband golfed on both Mustang and Flamingo.It was also easy to access the Everglades,Marco Island, and Captiva from this location. However, the best part of our vacation was relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the pool and grilling dinner each evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The home was so well equipped with everything you might need & was so clean. The split bedroom was nice since our son, his wife & children stayed with us for a few days. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the lanai - it was so peaceful in the morning haveing coffe outside. It was just very relaxing & felt more like being at home. We hope next time we will be retired and can stay longer. Again, thanks for letting us share your home.

  • Nancy: We loved how clean and well maintained your home was. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and utensils so cooking was easy.We also liked the split floor plan that gives each side of the house ther privacy.Linda really appreciated the large master bedroom and bath.The pool area was used day and night.Breakfast at the pool can't be beat.The weather was sunny and in the upper 70's to lower 80's every day and not a drop of rain. We can't wait to go back to your home and the Naples area. Thanks for sharing your lovley home with us. Gil & Linda
