This was the second visit for my wife and I. The home has been clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging by the pool, playing golf, and cooking out and dining on the deck outside. I would give it a "Two Thumbs Up. Nancy and Bill are great to work with.

Nancy Naples vacation

The home was clean and tidy. It needs to have the linens improved in it. The towels were not in the best condition. Also very difficult to get connected to the internet with a wireless connection. The owner was helpful with my concerns. Thje directions given to the rental party needs to be updated too.

Owner response:Hi JoAnn. We are glad you've enjoyed our home during your stay. The yellow and white towels are less than a year old. We did leave the older green towels in the closet also. Maybe we should have taken out the older towels, but the Guests did not have to use them. As far as you internet connection, you were not sure how to use it or if your laptop was wireless. You are also the first Guest to have a problem with it. JoAnn, we do strive to make everything nice and easy for our Guests. We also strive to add new things to our home everytime we go there. Have a great summer.

A Home Away from Home

Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Staying a month gave us the opportunity to move in and feel at home, and we did. Though your home was pleasant and comfortable, we lived on the lanai, enjoying the sounds of the waterfalls, swimming in the pool, and feeling pampered in the spa. Your landscaping around the house was well tended and added to the tropical beauty of your home. We really wanted to bring your palm trees back to Texas, but alas we left them for the next renter to enjoy! Thank you again for making your home available to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time flew by much too quickly.

We had another great vacation in your home. We wanted to spend our 30th anniversary in Naples and in your home because we knew it would be a enjoyable and problem free. The house is in excellent condition, very clean and newest decorations look great. Lots of good restaurants in the area and we like being close to both Marco and downtown Naples. My family ( myself, my wife and one teenage daughter) stayed for one week in August 2010. The directions to the villa were comprehensive and easy to follow. when we arrived we were not disappointed in any way. The property was spotlessly clean, very well furnished and equipped. The pool was large. The villa was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very convenient for driving into the centre of Naples. The housekeeper phoned and visited once to check everything was ok. I woulnd't hesitate to stay here again if I was looking for villa accommodation in this area and I would recommend it to you

Fantastic end to our 3 week stay in the US . As we were exhausted having spent 10 days in the theme parks in Orlando,and 4 days in the sapping heat of Vegas,we were delighted to spend a week relaxing in Nancy's comfortable home on the Lely estate. We felt very safe and secure ,and really barely felt the need to venture further than the poolside which was in such a beautiful setting overlooking the golf course.We do however recommend visiting Vanderbilt Beach which has great parking very close.We wanted for nothing in the well equipped villa and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home from home.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

My husband and I often rent vacation homes. This was our favorite home to date. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt at home. It is more beautiful than the pictures even show. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The pool, lanai and golf course are lovely to look at throughout the day. We spent every afternoon relaxing by the pool and enjoyed beautiful weather. The location is ideal because it is halfway betwen Marco Island and Naples. The gated community added to our sense of safety and security. Nancy called the first day to welcome us and check to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend Nancy's and Bill's home and hope to return in the near future. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home!

Nancy's Naples Far Exceeded Our Expectations

Nancy's Naples is, without a doubt, a truly beautiful home to spend a relaxing vacation in Naples, Fl. The decor of the home is beautiful and it is so well appointed and maintained that it is truly a home away from home. The layout of the home is wonderful with the master bedroom and bath located on one side of the house and the second and third bedrooms and bath on the other, providing privacy to all. The landscaping is wonderful and the lani and pool area are just great to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The Lely Resort is beautifully landscaped and the employees at the Club House were very friendly and accommodating when we enjoyed breakfast and a round of golf. We found the location to be very accessible to both downtown Naples and Marco Island where we enjoyed dinner in both locations and took a boat trip to Key West where we met friends staying there. We will definitely recommend Nancy's Naples to friends and associates looking for a great place to vacation in Fl. and we hope to return next year as well.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time at Nancy's Naples. The house is VERY clean and well mantained both inside and out. The pool area and trees were a pleasure to enjoy. We were minutes away from shopping, 45 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Naples. Lots and lots of restaurants to enjoy. We enjoyed the trip from Marco Island to Key West for the day , but would plan to stay over one nite next time. Our first trip to Florida was very enjoyable, inspite of cool weather at the early part of March and we hope to return to Nancy's Naples in the near future.

What a lovely home - - clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained in and out. Our family enjoyed many hours of relaxation, fun and conversation around the pool. January 31 - March 30 The fastest two months ever. Location - Vacation Everything is no more than 10 - 15 minutes away. We spent two incredible weeks in Nancy and Bill's home. To say this home requires nothing would be an understatement. It is equipped with everything you could imagine. Nancy and Bill have gone beyond expectations in setting this home up to be comfortable and enjoyable to their guests. The pool/lania area is exceptional and the home itself presents an atmosphere that makes you want to do nothing but relax and enjoy each day. We have rented many homes in Florida and this is definitely at the top of the list for value and quality. Well worth the investment to have your best vacation ever. Book early and relax. We spent two wonderful weeks at "Nancy's Naples". The house was homey, clean and very well supplied. The location is ideal and the Lely Resort is lovely. Our favorite spot was the lanai--so peaceful! As well, Nancy and Bill were very helpful when we had questions. We hope to return again soon.

We were seeking a property which would allow us to have all the conveniences of location and comfort and "Nancy's Naples" provided this for us. Although we do not play golf, the location is idyllic if you like peace and quiet. We were in need of some serious R&R and to be able to relax by the pool, prepare your own food as and when you like, go for bike rides and having all the home comforts available to you was wonderful. We visited a number of the local beaches but enjoyed Naples Beach & Pier the most. Having travelled all the way from Switzerland, we certainly returned home well rested and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be able to return real soon.

Nancy and Bill, Thanks for the great vacation in your lovely home. It's location was perfect, being about equidistant from downtown Naples and Marco Island. The many restaurants in the surrounding areas made our stay even more enjoyable. We even got a chance to see some swamp buggy races.

We were a party of four (2 couples) who went in South West Florida to play golf. We were looking for a confortable house to stay during our holidays with a pool, and close to nice golf courses. We got that all and more. The property gave us all that was listed. The house is absolutely beautiful (the pictures are only a pale reflection of what it really is), clean and very well furnished and equiped. We had to call the owners for a special need, and the response was very prompt and courteous. We felt that they really cared about us having nice holidays. And there are a numerous golf courses very close by, not to say that the property is located on one of the most beautiful course in Naples. This was really one of the best golf holidays we had in the past 15 years that we do that, and this is mainly because of our renting this house. We would definitely recommand this property to our friends and family, and this is the first place we will ask for renting when we go back to Naples.

My husband and I stayed for a week at "Nancy's Naples" and it was a peaceful & wonderful vacation. My husband golfed on both Mustang and Flamingo.It was also easy to access the Everglades,Marco Island, and Captiva from this location. However, the best part of our vacation was relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the pool and grilling dinner each evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Nancy & Bill, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We love the Naples area. The home was so well equipped with everything you might need & was so clean. The split bedroom was nice since our son, his wife & children stayed with us for a few days. Nancy: We loved how clean and well maintained your home was. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and utensils so cooking was easy.We also liked the split floor plan that gives each side of the house ther privacy.Linda really appreciated the large master bedroom and bath.The pool area was used day and night.Breakfast at the pool can't be beat.The weather was sunny and in the upper 70's to lower 80's every day and not a drop of rain. As a Realtor, both professionally and personally renting vacation properties on Cape Cod, I must say that you clearly paid attention to all the details that can make such a huge difference. From the "Grand" Mustang Entrance I knew this was going to be a special vacation. Your home is decorated beatifully, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, I especially liked the waterfalls. It was a nice touch to have the bikes available, several evenings I took a ride through the golf course and enjoyed the sun set. I will definitely mark this as a return destination. Thanks Again!

This villa was lovely and extremely clean. It has everything you could wish for in a villa (additional one or two deck chairs at the pool side would be nice)and its situation was excellent for visiting other places.
