Bring the whole family to this roomy but comfortable townhouse located among the rolling hills of Galena Territory’s 6,800 acres. Located 2 ½ hours West of Chicago, the Territory is only 7 miles East of the quaint historic town of Galena, Illinois. The townhouse is tastefully appointed and has received many recent cosmetic updates.
The four bedrooms are spread out over 3 levels. The upper level bedroom contains a queen size bed and private bathroom with shower. The main level bedroom also has a queen size bed adjacent to a bathroom with bathtub. The lower level boasts 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a bunk bed. The lower level bathroom also has a bathtub.
The kitchen, dining and main living room with fireplace are located on the main level with a large deck that views to the 11th fairway of the Eagle Ridge North Course. The lower level family room with a TV opens up to a lower deck.
Amenities can be found throughout the area. The Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa has three 18 hole golf courses and one 9 hole course and a full service spa. The Galena Territory Owner's Club has tennis courts, an outdoor pool, indoor basketball court & fitness center for use by our guests. Downhill Skiing and Alpine Slides at Chestnut Mountain is only 25 minutes away along the bluffs of the Mississippi River. Fishing, sailing and kayaking can be found at Lake Galena and horseback riding at the Shenandoah Riding Center.

Gail & Jerry Prassas are the original owners of this beautiful townhome. Until 2009, the property was used exclusively by family and close friends. Gail & Jerry, who still use the townhome on a regular basis, live in the Chicago suburbs.
