We rented this unit for one month. It was perfect! Check-in was fast and easy. The unit was upgraded, clean, comfortable and quiet. We never once heard our neighbors. The building is secure and modern, with parking underground. In a few footsteps, you are right in the heart of the village, not to mention able to walk around the entire town. The owner, a realtor for over 30 years, was great and extremely helpful to us. We will definitely book this particular unit again next time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Montelago Village:
I chose to buy a vacation rental in this location due to the benefits of living in a beautiful resort community with its own private lake, while being less than 1 mile from Lake Mead National Park. I felt this would be an ideal corporate rental because of its proximity to the Las Vegas Strip as well as access to the business community.
