  We loved our stay in Villas 304. The condo was as good as the pictures and very spacious. We were celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We all said we would come back!

  5 - Our family had a fantastic time! My son and husband loved the beach. My grandparents were very comfortable, especially having their own bedroom. And having a place where we could all come together for meals and visiting was wonderful. We wouldn't have been able to have such a memorable time if we had stayed in a hotel! The condo was a perfect size for our family to gather to celebrate my sister's college graduation. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine, but far enough out where you can get a bit of piece and quiet. We made some amazing memories during our visit. Thanks so much!

  The weather was perfect and we enjoyed Old Town, the beach which was so clean and big, cruising, Marineland, lots of lovely walks and sunset. We discovered Wildflower Cafe, Columbia in the Old City. We were here last year for a week and this year two whole weeks. Maybe a month in the future?! We hope....if we survive the Chicago Winter!!!!! Thanks, the condo is great.

  Hello, Patty, Dick, and Kimberly, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time this past week. Your condo is very comfortable, well-stocked, plenty of room for the six of us. The guys walked over to the beach while the ladies drove the car over with all of our toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc. (We did not need to use any beach stuff of yours.) We couldn't have had better weather! We will certainly share our great experience with others. Thanks for your help and attention! Take care.

  Patty and Dick, We love your condo, it is perfect for a get away and very clean. I will have to say that is the most rested I have been on a vacation. It is so quiet and peaceful. I have told several people about your condo and told them to look on line or I could give them your number if you would like. That was our second time staying in your condo and hope it will not be the last. Thanks for everything. Jackie

  What a great place to visit. Patty and Dick are great people and the condo is all that it is advertised to be, and much more. The walk to the beach is short and they supply you with a free beach pass if you want to take your vehicle there. Quiet, convenient and new are just some of the adjectives we experienced. We cannot wait to come back again.

  we stayed the month of December 2009. It was our first time renting a condo. It was a wonderful experience and this condo is beautiful. It has everything you could want or need. The photos and description were right on. The condo was spotless. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up. The pool and hot tub were right outside our door though the weather didn't really permit our use of it. Patty and Dick Arnold were wonderful to rent from. they were quick to respond to questions or problems. Patty and Dick made us feel very welcome and were kind enough to allow us to bring our husky along. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and plenty of sightseeing. Two groceries were 5 minutes away if we wanted to eat in. We wanted to get a lot of excercise walking and we did just that everyday on the beach. We came home with lots of things we found on the beach and we met many nice people from all over the states. Patty had a packet in the condo with information on nearby restaurants and sight seeing that was very helpful. We will definitely return and we recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach."
