  This home was easy to book and the paper work was straight forward. The owner was always prompt in reply to questions and good to deal with. The home was neat and clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice and quite. All the rooms were as shown in the picture and we had high expectations. It looks good on picture. We were a bit disappointed with the beds since they sagged and were not that comfortable. The game room was in the garage and we could not use any items since they were broken. Overall area of the home is very spacious and good for a large group. Kitchen had all the items that you would need for a large group and for simple cooking needs. Pool is good size and we had fun at the pool. Wal-Mart is very close by so that helped to get the supplies. Disney attractions attractions are about 25-30 minutes only. Overall I would say that it was satisfactory.

  Staying at this villa was a real treat. It was very comfortable and homey. Close to stores and entertainment, very quiet neighborhood, very clean. The management company was very attentive and punctual. The owner is easy to talk to. It was a blast!

  We were quite excited to find a house that would accomodate all 14 of the family members for our recent trip to Orlando. The home is beautiful, amd quite spacious. The master bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my older parents who are not able to negotiate stairs. The remaining bedrooms were all upstairs, but laid out well so there was privacy. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in order to save luggage space with extra clothes. The four kids loved the in-ground pool, almost more than going to the parks! The drive to the parks were quite reasonable, about 15-20 minutes from front door to parking lot depending on traffic. The location of the house was close to shopping (5 minutes to WalMart), which was handy. Due to the large number of people (14), we tended to run short on towels/washcloths, but it should not be a problem for a smaller group. One other thing we needed was kitchen washcloths, but a quick trip to Walmart resolved that. As for the financial/booking aspect, it was quick and painless - the owner/property manager was very responsive, which is always a concern when dealing with out-of-state parties. Close to food as well, I would recommend Bahama Breeze for a nice sit down dinner, and Giordano's pizza was amazing as well. I definitely give this home two thumbs up!

  I sent the following email to the owner and never received a response regarding our disappointments: Hi John, We've completed our stay at the house and all are back home getting into their regular routine. There are just a couple things I wanted to address with you. Our overall feeling of the house was good. We enjoyed the pool and the covered Lanai, it was in really good shape and the kids and adults alike really enjoyed it. The decor was pleasing and as presented as online. We found the towel supply to be adequate. The furniture was comfortable and had a homey feeling. There are several things though that we were not pleased with. The first being the distance, your web site states that the home is 15 mins away from Disney and other attractions, but it was 35 mins away. We feel this was misrepresented. The blender in the kitchen did not work, and there was no coffee grinder as presented. The first night we didn't have air upstairs and some of our guests had to sleep downstairs on the sofas because it was too hot. The grill was dirty when we got there and we had to clean it before we used it, plus we couldn't find a grill brush so we had to due the best we could when we left by cleaning it with a scrubbie sponge. We found that there were no rugs in at least one of the bathrooms and it was dangerous stepping out of the bathtub with wet feet. Finally, the game room should not be called a game room. The garage was not cooled so it was too hot to stay out there to enjoy a game, plus most of the pool sticks were broken so the game could not be played. The air hockey game was not working at all, it wouldn't even come on. This was a big disappointment to the kids. I feel like the game room was extremely misrepresented. It should not be mentioned on the web site as it is completely unusable. I hope you take these concerns to heart and see that the things I mentioned are corrected so that the next renters get what they expect. In addition to these things the house was not what I would call clean. At most it looked like the previous guest opted to clean themselves before leaving instead of paying the cleaning fee. It def. was not professionaly cleaned. I sent this email twice and the owner never responded...at all. Email was the preferred communication bwtween myself and the owner up until this email, in which he did respond promptly before.

  Owner response: First I have to say thanks for staying at our villa. And I am very sorry that there are several things that didn't work out. The driving time to the Disney main gate is around 15 minutes. Please be careful that the driving time to the individual park might be different and it also depends on the traffic. Anyway the distance to the Disney main gate is around 8 miles. As to the gate room air conditioning, I am very sorry that it's NOT supplied. And I have never claimed that the game room is air conditioned. I am sorry that if there's any misunderstandings between us. Also whether the villa is clean or not is really in the hands of my management cleaning staff. I think what you said may be true. I have always been very responsive to my guests. Whenever you have anything that needs to be taken care of, please always contact my management company which are supposed to answer your call 24 by 7. If you can't find them, you can always contact us. Anyway, thanks again for staying at our villa. And we will always try our best to make your vacation an enjoyable experience!!

  Beautiful villa!! Big bed, nice sofa and a flat screen tv. It has a lot of bedrooms great for big families going to Disney World. That's where we went and it' s only a short drive. It had everything we needed for our Honeymoon. And it is close to everything. I would highly recommend this villa!

  I think you should upgrade tv's on bedrooms most of them are very small and without remote controls, barbecue had no gas (I don't know if I had to buy it, but if I did, I wasn't going to use the whole tank) I thought I was closer from parks, but I guess it was oK. I already recommended this property to my family because overall it was OK

  What a fine house this was. Apprehensive at first but when we arrived all was as stated and the pictures accurate. Beautiful house with all amenities. And the pool and hot tub were icing on the cake! Thanks John. I would highly recommend this house. Easy to find with a nice quiet neighborhood.

  we had a great time staying at the house. it was just like the website stated. i would recommend this house for a large group of people to stay. we had 11 people in our group and the house was perfect for all of us.

  This property nicely accomodated my family of 16, which included our six grandsons ages 1 to 10. You might say we really needed the 4 1/2 baths! The house was in very good condition, minus a couple housekeeping issues, and furnished very comfortably, with a big 50" TV in the family room and a TV in all but 1 of the bedrooms. With the kitchen table, the dining room table, and the poolside table, we had plenty of eating space. The pool and hot tub were a smash hit with the grandsons (adults loved that hot tub, too <g>). The subdivision is only 15 minutes or so, from any/all of the Disney parks (we went to all of them), and driving directions are super-simple. There is a small shopping center within walking distance; with a grocery store, a couple restaurants, a drug store, and even a liquor store. Within a couple miles there's a huge Walmart , and virtually anything you could ever want or need. We would happily stay again, and recommend it without hesitation.
