Our house is in a quiet neighborhood, four blocks from downtown Delray, and close to one of Florida's best beaches. There are over 50 restaurants in our downtown alone! We have a large yard with an outside patio, lots of flowers, and an orchid hut.
Our house is an old style Florida type, one story, with a large porch (15 x 30), a living room with fireplace (18 x 22), a kitchen/dining room (separated). There are two good sized bedrooms.
Laundry facilities are separate in the yard. Floors are Cuban tile and wood. There is parking for two cars.
