This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with den and atrium is ideally located in south Palm Springs at Sunrise Villas. It is five minutes from the airport and within walking distance of Smoke Tree Commons which has everything one needs. Central Palm Springs is a short distance away with numerous restaurants and other amenities. Two nice and inexpensive golf courses are minutes away.
Condo has Master bedroom with king bed, private patio, large closet and walk in bathroom with twin sinks and marble tiled shower; second bedroom has queen bed with view of mountains. There is a large skylite den. Both can share second full bath.
Living room has 47' flat screen TV while den has 36' and master bedroom 26'. WiFi available throughout condo.
The kitchen has been totally redone with new range, refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, sink and counter tops. All new tile and carpet throughout along with new paint. Very light and spacious.
Large patio off of living room has area for outdoor dining and seating while enjoying view of San Jacinto mountains. Close by are two pools - one heated with whirlpool. Large open area abound around condo facility.
Total of 5 pools and two tennis courts. Meticulous grounds. Extremely nice neighbors and long term renters. Most who rent here come back year after year.
Close by to condo are numerous golf courses, movie theaters, shopping and fine dining.

This is our first 2 month stay at this lovely remodeled condo. We had a marvelous time, the place is lovely and all remodeled and well equiped. The view is awesome of the mountains, green grass, flowers. We loved every thing about the spacious well equipped unit and look forward to our 2 month stay next year. Met many new friends, and look forward to seeing them again next year. The location of the unit is centrally located for all shopping, banking, drugstore and all. About the owner: Reside in Washington State where summers are great. Winters not so. Palm Springs provide ideal location for second home. Looking for wonderful renters who come back year after year.
