THIS HOME IS THE CLOSEST RENTAL TO MANASOTA BEACH. Less than a 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to Manasota Beach is this beautiful home. When choosing a home, location is everything. It is located on a secluded quiet lane, and features a large open floor plan overlooking the sparkling pool. Entering the tastefully decorated 'beach' home, enjoy the view of the pool and the living area. Large kitchen. New tile floors throughout. Off the kitchen there is a dining area with seating for 6. Master bedroom, with en-suite bath, which has over sized walk-in shower, is located at the rear of home with patio doors to covered lanai and pool area. Two bedrooms on other side of the villa share a full bath one of which also has patio doors to the pool. The over sized caged lanai, pool warmed by the afternoon sun, is the perfect place to spend your evening after a game of golf or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. Grill and dine outside while watching the colors of the sky as the sun sets!

This villa, so very close to the beach, is set on a half acre of tropical landscaping. It is the perfect place if you are looking for relaxation, privacy, peace and quiet, but yet be a short drive away to restaurants and shopping. Truly a unique location. Within a few minutes walk you will find yourself at Mainsota Beach with it's calm seas and beautiful white sand. The beach area has lots of parking if you wish to drive. There are covered picnic/barbeque tables, benches to just sit and watch the water, restroom and shower facilities and a lifeguard on duty.

This home was recently completely renovated and remodeled by one of the area's premier contractors. When you walk in the front door you will see the large open floor plan with new tile through out the entire house. The kitchen was relocated to the back of the house to take advantage of the pool and intercoastal views. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house has been completely refurnished with tropical wicker and rattan furniture. The decorations give that seashore beach feel that you traveled to Florida to enjoy. The pool and screened bug cage on the oversized lanai is also brand new for you to enjoy. The outdoor area is well appointed with tables, chairs and loungers. There is also a covered lanai area with wicker furniture to get out of the sun or that occasional afternoon shower. This outdoor living area is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Simply stated it's all new.

Restaurants are numerous featuring fresh seafood. One favorite spot is Sharkey's on the pier in Venice. For award winning fine dining a 40 minute drive will bring you to Sarasota and the many restaurants and shops at St. Armands. Be as active as you want. Activities include golf, fishing, boating, jet skiing. Rent a pontoon boat and explore the intercoastal and bay. And of course we are only 2 hours away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando. A 1 1/2 hour north will get you to Tampa's Busch Gardens. There is shopping and outlets nearby. This is a truly unique location. Lush, private and secluded yet minutes to anything that you might need
