Be our guest...2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with *SOLAR HEATED POOL and lanai at the end of a very quiet street. Comfortable, tropical decor, new furniture and appliances. Tile and laminate wood flooring throughout. Master BR has Queen bed with private bath and separate office. Guest bedroom offers Queen bed with private bath. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for more privacy. Patio/table & swing under cover. Home offers linens and towels, pool towels, Cable TV, Wireless High Speed Internet, Unlimited telephone calling anywhere in the USA, fully equipped kitchen (Keurig Coffee Machine, Standard Mr. Coffee Machine, Hot Griddle, Mixer/Blender), washer and dryer. Home has 2-car garage and circular driveway.
In the Office area we created a 'Welcome Center' full of Coupons, Maps, Menus, Restaurant Guide and Suggestion Lists. There are many reading books, magazines as well.
Suburban convenient neighborhood located at Stickney Point and US41 (south end of Siesta Key). Only 1 mile to Siesta Key Beaches, tons of Restaurants and Shopping. Only minutes to Downtown and I-75. Only 20 minutes to Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). Walk to Gulf Gate Gulf Course or Library. Great sidewalks for walking or bike riding.
* SOLAR HEATED POOL is a pool heated by solar panels on the roof of the house warmed by the sun which means the pool temp is usually 10 degrees warmer than normal when the sun is shining. We do not guarantee the sun to shine in Florida during your vacation!

This was a dream vacation. Everything you need in a home was included. Relaxing by the pool & fixing dinner on the grill was great. Going to the beaches & going out to dinner was fantastic. Watching the sunsets on the beaches was breathtaking. Can't wait to go back !!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent the month of September in the home and enjoyed ourselves greatly. It's in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, yet close to most everything you could want. We would certainly stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in your Gulf Gate area Sarasota home. The house was friendly and the grounds were well maintained. We really appreciated the opportunity to bring our well mannered dog with us as he is our main obstacle to travel. Shame the weather wasn't great, but the sunshine on the front driveway with the house as a wind barrier, produced a nice tan. Thank you for all your courtesies.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners.

Wow !! This place was just perfect for us. The entire family had an amazing time. The home and pool are just top notch and we love the private pool. We even swam at night with plenty of privacy. Extremly quiet neighborhood as well. Golf with a cart for $15 right down the street !! And the Beach ........ Amazing. I had the pleasure of recently staying at this delightful vacation home. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped w/everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. They thought of everything. A special treat was to be able to walk right out of the living room or kitchen into the pool & take a dip anytime day or night. It was convenient to the airport and my favorite beach, Siesta Key, as well as many restaurants. I can't wait to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were in July 2010 with 2 children here. The house is beautifully and very well equipped. The distances to beach, restaurants and shopping are very short. We drive for years to Sarasota that was the best house which we ever had. We felt as at home. We come certainly back. We can recommend the house. Thank you for the 2 great weeks. we loved the house and area- central to many activities and Siesta Key Beach is fabulous- even did yoga there. Owners were wonderful- they had left lots of info, which was so helpful when looking for locations, restaurants, etc. would definitely recommend property- a great retreat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
