Just recently totally renovated condo. With brand new lush carpeting. Condo right on the Gore creek. You can hear the Gore creek water sound at night from all windows. Breathtaking views of the Mountains and multi million dollar homes in the area. Has a well maintained hot tub, sauna, and cold splash European pool. Right next to the newly renovated (30 million dollar) Cascade Hotel.
You can use all amenities of the Hotel. A 4-diamond resort style hotel. Which include locker space for skis, brand new heated pool and hot tub, health club, Aria spa (voted top 25 spas in Colorado), basketball court, wireless internet, brand new (Atwater on Gore creek) four star restaurant and bar. You will receive a 20% discount for the restaurant. You can call room service at any time. The Hotel bar area is a great place to meet friends after skiing all day. There is a lovely coffee shop in the Hotel.
The chair lift is located on the side of the Cascade Hotel. It is a five minute walk to get to the chair lift. You can store your ski's and boots at a locker right next to the chair lift for free. Extra guests can stay at the Hotel if needed. There is a garage to store your car. There is plenty of parking for quests. The condo was recently redone by a designer. Details include beautiful drapery treatment, plasma TV above fire place, brand new furniture in the living space area. Leather sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed that sleeps 2. The second bedroom has two twin beds and one trundle be that sleeps five altogether. The garage is heated and can be used as a dressing area for all the kids/adults that are sleeping in the bunk bed room. You can enter the garage internally from the second bathroom. Hello! Welcome to Vail Cascade condo 6A. The Vail Cascade hotel is a 4-diamond resort. You have picked a wonderful place to have a vacation. My name is Shirley S. You have full access to all the Vail Cascade Hotel (4-diamond resort) amenities. The Hotel has a brand new state of the art swimming pool and hut tub. The Hotel went under a 30 million dollar renovation last year. There is a four star restaurant in the Hotel named Atwater on Gore creek. The food is unique! The Hotel has a spa. You can go to the spa and have a shower, sauna, steam room and hot tub and not be charged for these services. The condo was recently renovated and everything is brand new inside. The property is surrounded by birch trees and mountain evergreens. It is a very peaceful tranquil surrounding.
