The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and has a private bath with jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and is immediately adjacent to the main bath. The upstairs loft bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bath. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is ready to prepare a gourmet meal or to serve the "take out" that just arrived. The dining area will seat six with seating for two at the breakfast bar. The VCRs and DVD players are ready for use with your movies or ours.
The Pointe Royale community provides gated access with 24 hour security to ensure the tranquillity and peace of mind that families want when away from home. Enjoy the golf, tennis, and pool facilities while at Pointe Royale and then when you’re ready for Branson, it’s a quick ten minute drive to the center of all the attractions.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
We chose to buy a vacation property in Pointe Royale for a number of reasons: 1) the fantastic setting along side Lake Taneycomo; 2) the meticulously cared for condos and homes located in the community; 3) the scenic golf course that is so enjoyable to play; 4) the amenities that are located in the clubhouse and pool complex; and 5) the security that comes with a gated community.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We particularly enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere that exists in the Pointe Royale community. While Branson and the Lakes Area offer many activities to partake in, it is sometimes nice just to have a comfortable place to "hang out" and relax. Having done an extensive remodel in Spring 2010, our guests are impressed with a new and current decor that, at the same time feels very casual and comforting for just that perfect retreat.

We have been married since 1982 and have two children. Faith and family are priorities in our lives and Branson is a great place to retreat and focus on both. Although we have lived in a number of major cities throughout the United States, we have always loved spending time in the Ozarks - particularly, Branson and the Table Rock Lake area.

What can I say this condo had everything and more for our weekend retreat with the girls. It was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Very peaceful surroundings plenty of space indoors and a nice balcony to sit outside on. The beds were fabulous and the sheets were so comfy. We had plenty of space to run around in and the condo was super clean and cozy. This place would be great for weekend getaways or week long vacations with the family. We were so pleased with our accomadations and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making your property so much like home.

We were looking for a very nice, yet affordable, place to house our family plus the in-laws. This place fit the bill to a tee. VERY nice, three king beds, excellent location, nicely appointed. This condo also has a pullout sleeper sofa. As we were making our travel plans, we did encounter what had the potential to be an issue: A third family group wanted to join us for Thanksgiving -- now we had a whole bunch of people to accommodate! I contacted the owner (who is SUPER RESPONSIVE) and he is friendly with a nearby condo owner (very close but not next door). To make a long story short - the owner arranged both condos and took care of all the straight-forward paperwork. The other condo had the same floor plan. Everyone had a great time, the owner was great to work with and we highly recommend this place.

We traveled to Branson, MO, for our daughter's National Dance Competition. We knew that we wanted to stay in a condo instead of a hotel for the relaxation and comfort. We were traveling with our 3 children (11, 9 (w/special needs), and 4), and my parents. We were extremely happy with the beautiful decor and the comfort. We would definately stay here again!
