We just rented our home for the first time! The very nice couple renting and their friends who visited called us to say "it is just beautiful!" so if you are looking for the ultimate luxurious rental that is stylish, top of the line and has the best views this is the place for you. Nothing else compares at The Fairway Lodge --- it is by far the best unit with the best views and completely upgraded (the living room area and master bedroom area have open views of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Course --- Adobe Course as well as the pool and city views. The balconies from the den have mountain views. There are five balconies! The open plan layout and high ceilings create a wonderful sense of space.

Everyone who has walked into our place loves the airiness of the space and the open-plan layout.

Location, Views, Exclusivity --- The Best Condo On The Market ---Nothing Else Compared. We knew this site would never be duplicated and the views will never be obstructed. We also love the immediate proximity to the outstanding community clubhouse and gym and pool since this unit is in the clubhouse building. We like the privacy of only having two units on our floor. We wanted an exclusive location at the Biltmore Estates area. Our condo is located is nestled among multi million dollar mansions which is very safe. Yet it is only a short stroll to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel & Spa & the Adobe Golf Course. The Biltmore Fashion Park is only a three minute drive away! Easy access to the walking and biking paths.

The unique benefits of staying at our unit is that it is the only unit in the complex available for rent with direct access to the pool, gym and clubhouse since our unit is the Clubhouse Penthouse unit. All you have to do is take the elevator and you will be at the clubhouse, pool or gym within seconds! No other unit can claim the same privacy -- only two units on our floor.
