We purchased this home in 1997 and were attracted to the neighborhood by the peaceful, quiet setting. Atlanta is a big city, but when you enter the Pine Hills neighborhood, you forget. Pine Hills was the first subdivision built in the late 1940's just prior to the development of Lenox Mall. Today, the neighborhood is a upscale, sought after area with easy access to the Buckhead, downtown, and mid-town Atlanta areas.
