There is a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher that makes meal preparation simple.
Located in the Villa is a full size washer and dryer. Then there is the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed and private bath. The villa comfortably sleeps 4.

We first statred coming to Hilton Head Island in 2006 with our children. We loved it so much we made it a yearly family destination. Our kids love the bike trails, beach, pool, shopping, and all the great restaurants. As soon as we drive on the Island we feel relaxed and secure. We hope you enjoy it too!
Why the Owner Chose St. Andrews Common
St. Andrews Common is absolutely beautiful. It's nestled away from the main traffic, but is still only a short drive or breath taking walk to the beach. Because St. Andrews is located at the front of Palmetto Dunes you can still walk across to Shelter Cove for dining and shopping.
We felt it is in the ideal location for convenience to amenities.
