We just returned from our stay in Hilton Head, we were very pleased with the condo that we stayed in! We had our two small children with us and found the condo very easy to access with all of our belongings:) We all slept comfortably and the condo was super clean! It was super quiet which was great, as our children go to bed around 8 pm...it was a very relaxing stay!!! We look forward to our next stay at this condo!!!

Great Location, Clean and Accomodating

My husband and I recently enjoyed our stay at this 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo in palmetto dunes with our two dogs. Being on the first floor was ideal for us with our pets and the grounds in and out of the neighborhood were beautiful to walk each day. The condo itself was spotless, the king size bed was very comfortable, and the quiet location in Palmetto dunes was ideal. My husband and I would highly reccomend staying at this condo, we are looking forward to our return!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that what was advertised is what we actually found upon our arrival! A clean villa, an efficient check-in, and a wonderfully relaxing place to be for the week! The owners make you feel like family, checking in on us the first day to make sure everything was in order. I would definitely recommend this unit for a peaceful and quiet stay for a couple or small family.

Happy in Hilton Head

We were very happy with our entire rental experience at St. Andrews Common. We have a time share in Sea Pines but wanted to spend two weeks in HH so we decided to rent another week. The property is just as described in the listing and is very well maintained and cleaned. It is centrally located with easy access to shopping, sightseeing, golf and restaurants. We would definitely recommend going to the Fresh Market on Hwy 278 about 1.5 miles west for your groceries and lots of specialty foods. San Miguels in Shelter Cove is a great place for margaritas and watching the pleasure craft in the harbor. There is lots to do in Palmetto Dunes - walking, biking, tennis, beach, golf - and if you didn't want to go far you could pass a week without having to leave the plantation. You can even get a great cup of coffee and the best donuts at the on-site general store. The owners, Kim and Sean are very accommodating and the rental process was efficient and straightforward. They also called while we were there to make sure everything was OK. Thanks guys for a great week.

Awesome Villa

This was a great 1 bedroom villa, centrally located with everything you need for a great vacation in Hilton Head. We simply had to walk down the street to rent bikes and kyaks. The golf course was next door and the beaches within a mile. Sunset cruises on the river nearby and lots of great restaurants in walking distance or a short car ride. My husband and I loved it. The pool on site was quiet and a wonderful respite. The weather was wonderful, sunny 70's all week. it was hard to leave.

This villa is a great place for a get away - plenty of room for my husband and I to enjoy a week of fun and sun  in HH.  The villa was very clean and the atmosphere at St. Andrews is great, nice pool and you are in walking distance to plenty of place and a great place to ride your bikes.  We will definately rent again.,

My wife and I along with our Labrador Retreiver spent a week at this villa, and we have several good things to say about this place. First, our communications with the owners were excellent. Kim and Sean responded rapidly to our email communications on any questions prior to our visit and were very nice to deal with.Secondly, their villa was kept in nice condition- clean, cozy, and comfortable, stocked with everything you need .Thirdly, the neighborhood was quiet and peacefull. Lastly, the price was right....We've stayed at several other Palmetto Dunes locations over the years and they were too pricey. This place was more reasonable especially in this tough economy.

The property was very clean and as advertised. Grounds and pool area in very good condition. The unit was comfortable and very easy access to the beach, about a 2 min car ride or 5 minute bike ride. The dunes beach was beautiful, rentals for all we needed were readily available. Was a pleasure dealing with Shawn and would definitely rent from him again.

We got back home just a couple of day ago from our stay on HHI. The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean, well-equipped and everything we expected from the description. The approximate 10 minute walk to the beach was not bad at all, but we did end up driving and parking at the Dunes House most days just because of all of our required "beach stuff" (we have a one-year old). We were usually able to get a good parking spot at the Dunes House. This condo is just steps from the pool, which was a little smaller than I expected, but clean and well-kept. Sean and Kim called us on our second night to see if we had any questions or concerns and were wonderful to communicate with during the reservation process...always prompt with responses. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends...thanks for a great visit, Sean and Kim!

My husband and I and our two young children (ages 7 and 5) had a wonderful week at your villa. The size was perfect for us, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was very close which was a plus for us, especially with the kids. We had no trouble riding our bikes to the beach. Several nights we cooked in and ate on the cozy patio off the back. The weather helped (not one drop of rain all week!). Thanks fos such easy access and check in..it was great after the 12 hour drive.

Saint Andrews Common Villa

Great location , Public beach just down the road and short drive to most attractions. Nicely kept and clean villa. Pool is close and clean. Very good community. I would highly recommend this villa. Harbor Town is a nice place to visit, also the Sea Pines Forest Perserve full of wildlife.Out of the three golf coarses I played I liked Eagle's Point the best.

Perfect Vacation Spot in Hilton Head

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at this condo in early May. The location is perfect, only steps away from the pool and a short walk or bike to the beach. Also, the condo's location within the resort makes for easy trips to the Shelter Cove Marina or downtown Hilton Head. The condo itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable and includes everything you need for the time you'll spend indoors. The owners were great to deal with and very helpful with making suggestions. We would recommend this condo for any type of vacation to Hilton Head and look forward to our next visit.

Kim and Sean were great to deal with. The location of this villa made for a very relaxing vacation. It's close enough to all the amenities in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. But,in a very private and serene setting. We enjoyed our week there.

My Fiance and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental when we went to Hilton Head for Labor Day. The villa's location was ideal. It was a short (3 minute) drive to the beach or about a 10 or 15 minute walk. The villa was also private and secluded which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The owner's, Sean and Kim, were very easy to work with and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. I would definitely suggest this Villa to anybody looking for a place to stay in Hilton Head.
