The house has 2 living areas perfect for entertaining a family or corporate clients. The house also has its own boathouse equipped to handle up to a 42' boat.
The home has a 73" HD DLP TV in the main living area and a 55" Plasma in the master bedroom. The house also has a study with a computer , printer, scanner, copier for your use along with Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house. Everything you need to check in on work while you play at the beach.
The home is located in a subdivision known as Harborwalk. It consists of about 30 prestigious homes in a master planned water community.
