The Bellevue Apartment is newly built and comfortable and is situated in the most quiet part of Keramoti, Greece. It comprises two bedrooms and a living room, accommodating 4+2 sleeps. The living room is furnished with a well-equipped kitchenette (a big fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, dishes, coffee and wine sets, etc.). It has also a dining-room area, a comfortable sofa and a 37-inch satellite LCD TV set to make you feel well at home. There are two balconies – a small one, overlooking the backyard, where you can hang your laundry (there is a wash-line, an iron and an ironing board in each of the apartments) and a big 10 sq.m. panoramic one, overlooking the sea and the Thassos Island, furnished with table and chairs, made of exotic wood and a big sun umbrella. The sandy beach is at no more than 40 meters from the apartment and you need to cross no street on your way there. The quarter is very quiet, out of the way of Keramoti traffic. The beach is fine and sandy. Its length, however is almost 10 km, while the whole population of Keramoti plus the tourists is no more than 2000-2200 people, which secures a vast space the Bulgarian Black Sea coast can only dream of. The beach is very shallow; one can go as far as 50 m in the sea without reaching the deep. The water is crystal clear. There are several areas with beach bars, lounges and umbrellas, the closest to the apartments being at a distance of 100 m. The areas are free for bar customers making a 3-4 Euro bill per person. In case you are a fisherman, bring your fishing equipment – there is a lot of fish and no license is required whatsoever.

Year Purchased: 2008
My name is Julian Genov. I used to be one of the well known Bulgarian entrepreneurs for the last 20 years. I still own a dozen of businesses in Bulgaria, but intend to spend most of my time in Keramoti, Greece. My wife and I started here a small family business. The business is running very well but I do desire to expand the popularity of my property beyond the boarders of Bulgaria and Greece.
Why the Owner Chose Keramoti
I came to Keramoti for the first time in May 2008. The beach and sea here are really amazing. I cannot imagine how this place remained almost unknown given the fact that dozens of buses a day pass through Keramoti to go by ferry to the island of Thassos. I returned four times during the same season for short vacation with my family - in June, July, August and September and finished with purchase of property in November. Six months later I signed a contract for purchase of more properties. This is my happy second carrier and being 58 I started feeling 40. :)
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
It is calm and quite. The air is very fresh and the view really deserves the name Bellevue. The sea is crystal clear and shallow, the water transparent and warm and the sand - very fine. The beach is vast - simply endless. The properties are superbly situated.
