Golf in Paradise, or play tennis, work out in the gym, enjoy a tropical drink by the resort pool and spa, OR just relax with your favorite book on your own patio. My condo is a "Berkshire", the top model in this beautiful gated community, the LEGENDS Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers. It is a corner unit on the top (3rd) floor, very bright, decorated Florida style with wonderful views overlooking the golf course from the living room and a nature preserve from the eating nook adjoining the large kitchen. The master bedroom (with en-suite facilities) also overlooks one of the ponds and gold course. The master bedroom, the guest bedroom AND the den are carpeted, while living room, dining area and all other areas feature ceramic tile.
19th hole is priceless! The price to pay to enjoy your holiday in sunny Florida.
And - sorry - no pets.
Golfing is available at semi private and public courses in the vacinity at very reasonable prices.

A fun month with surprizes

This flat was exactly as described, with 2 BR, a den, eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room. A corner unit with great views and sunsets on the lanai every night. In our last few days the refrigerator failed but we managed with some grocery store ice; I learned too late that there is free ice at the golf shop. Finally, two days before leaving there was a power company note in the door that the electric would be disconnected. The owner, who lives in Canada, has problems paying bills in the US. I located a local payment office and paid $61 to keep the electric on. I have not yet been repaid this amount. One distraction was dealing with the owner in Canada. My only phone is a cell phone and carries roaming charges when calling Canada. Even with several phone calls it took a while to receive the paperwork that needed to be completed for Legends Management. And, as noted, I have yet to receive payment for the $61 electric bill.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
