Golf in Paradise, or play tennis, work out in the gym, enjoy a tropical drink by the resort pool and spa, OR just relax with your favorite book on your own patio. My condo is a "Berkshire", the top model in this beautiful gated community, the LEGENDS Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers. It is a corner unit on the top (3rd) floor, very bright, decorated Florida style with wonderful views overlooking the golf course from the living room and a nature preserve from the eating nook adjoining the large kitchen. The master bedroom (with en-suite facilities) also overlooks one of the ponds and gold course. The master bedroom, the guest bedroom AND the den are carpeted, while living room, dining area and all other areas feature ceramic tile.
You can enjoy all club privileges using my condo membership. The golfing rates are as follows: (18 holes)
May 1 to October 31 - $20 for member and partner each
November and December - $60 for member and partner each
January 1 to April 30 - $60 play as guest of a golf member
These fees are inclusive, but a one-time $250 transfer fee applies.
19th hole is priceless! The price to pay to enjoy your holiday in sunny Florida.
And - sorry - no pets.
