Year Purchased: 2006
I am a full time ski patroller for Snowbird ski resort. My wife works at the medical clinic at Alta as an E.R. nurse. We have a 5 year old yellow lab named ridge, that also works for Snowbird Ski Resort as an avalanche search and rescue dog. This is our dream ski condo and we hope to move into it in a few years.

Excellent Location and Accomodation

Having owned high-end ski rental properties in the East and West for over 10 years, this is a great accommodation. The owners live locally which has several pluses, and were very helpful. It was very clean, neat and well stocked as their description indicates. Both bedrooms can be considered Master bedrooms as the size of each is greater than our own colonial home living room! Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Some descriptions tend to exaggerate. This does not; it is VERY comfortable, fantastic views, truly ski-on, ski-off from the end of the parking area, and great space. Great for couples, a family, or friends. We asked about availability for our next trip on the second day there!! Definitely one to return to.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Stayed at the condo in late March and enjoyed it tremendously. The unit was spacious, well equipped, clean and exactly as described on the web site. The views were wonderful, what a way to start off each day. Kevin was easy to interact with and very accomodating to our questions and needs. Thanks again. Access to the slopes was convenient. we loved the skiing in both Alta and Snowbird. I will definitely come back here again.

My wife and I stayed a week in March and liked the unit so well we squeezed out another five days the first week in April. The unit was spacious, well-furnished and had superlative views and access to whodunnit and the Cliff access road (I think thats what it was; we skied down to the peruvian lift from the View parking lot). It was fairly priced, clean as a whistle, accurately depicted in the listing and Kevin was a pleasure to deal with as a landlord. It could easily accomodate more than two but we found the space and two bathrooms to be absolutely perfect for our individual needs. I'll be more than happy to respond to any individual questions and can recommend the unit with sincere enthusiasm.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The home was absolutely immaculate, and had almost everything we needed. The one thing we missed was a coffee grinder and Kevin brought one over the same day and gave us great insider ski info. It is incredibly convenient to ski to the base of Snowbird and the free shuttle (tips only) to Alta was a reliable bonus. We really had a great time and will most likely stay at the same place.

Great location and great view...opened my eyes every morning to a fabulous mountain view. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Perfect for 4 or less. Shuttle to Alta very convenient. Ski in and out to Snowbird. And the skiing? Wow!
