The Unique Benefits at this House
From the house you may enjoy a walk to the beach and when feeling adventurous, or otherwise athletic you could also walk to the Dana Point Harbor. San Clemente Pier is close as well as San Juan Capistrano which has the beautiful historic Mission and the train depot. All the grocery stores are close including Trader Joe's. Also we have a lot of toys- IE, scooters, jet skis, bikes if you are interested we can work something out, and an RV which sleeps 4 comfortably so if you wanted to camp near by we can help you with that too.

This is my family home and the photo is my Mom and Dad celebrating their 50th anniversary, June '08. OK aren't they cute! The house has so many great memories. We are all animal lovers so your pups and kids are all welcome, I have two dogs Honey a Siberian Husky and Teya a mix of wheaten and lab - cute as buttons. I also am the proud owner - (you have to have a sense of humor) of two great kids - for sale real cheap, no really they are great! We enjoy camping, the beach which is a short walk, jet skiing, and just about any out-door activity. And its all right here for you!

This house is incredible! Our family was here over the holidays--we came from CO--the owners made us feel so welcome--they had several trees decorated with many other custom, creative displays! The home itself is beautiful--there was 7 of us and we felt like we had plenty of room. The best part of the house--besides the gormet kitchen-- is the patio---there is a wrap around patio that is beautiful-- lots and lots of fruit trees! Would love to come back in the spring or summer to utilize that area! Loved working with the owner--she was extremely flexible, helpful and kind! The neighborhood is close to the beach--about 15 minute walk--very pretty surrounding area, and the hills make for a great workout! We have fabulous memories from our time in this home!

My wife and I spent four nights here in the middle of the southern CA torrential rains in December. We had our energetic German Sheperd and wanted a non-hotel that could accomodate a dog that was nearby the hospital and assisted care facility that houses my mother. We could not have had a more pleasant experience despite the circumstances. The home is beautifully decorated, remodeled and every detail is attended to by Melissa. We felt at home in ten minutes. The yard is ideal for small kids and doggies, pleasant walks to beach, harbor or around the residential neighborhood. This is not a bare bones rental, has everything you would expect at home and more. Everything was immaculately clean and this would be a terrific home for a summer vacation. There is freeway noise, but inside the house was very quiet. The photos really do not give you an appreciation for the lovely yard and the tastefully decorated rooms, beautiful kitchen. Bring your dog and enjoy !

This was a wonderful place to gather our family together for the holidays. The home was beautifully maintained (luxuriously updated bathrooms--the women loved them!), very nicely decorated for the holidays and contained everything we needed. And it was an easy walk to the beach. We all enjoyed time on the patio, using the fireplace and grill and spent time in the peaceful gardens in the back yard. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at this house! Not only is the home beautiful, the kitchen magnificent and the bathrooms relaxing; the yard is wonderful too! The fenced-in backyard was stress-free and private for my kids to play in and the side yard was wonderful for the grown-ups to relax in. The location is wonderful as it is central to so many places without feeling like it's in the middle of everything. Melissa was more than accommodating and we will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back!
