Charming home with all high end amenities, your home away from home on the southern California Rivera. Nestled in the city of Capistrano Beach situated between Dana Point and San Clemente this beach city offers the versatility of being centrally located between Disneyland and Sea World each about a 1 hour drive in either direction.
Freeway close yet this home offers a private yard and gardens with seasonal fresh fruit trees, grape vines, roses. The gardens are my favorite spot to relax. There is a patio off the Dining room with an outdoor wood burning fire place and adjacent to the patio is a deck nestled between an apricot tree and a white peach tree. On the deck is a Stainless Steal B-B-Que big enough to cook for the whole family. And while you are grilling relax on the deck in a bamboo rocker and settee.
Also there is a patio off the master bedroom which has beautiful French doors. This home is very private with open space all around so you can have peace and serenity with out thinking about neighbors being too close.
The home is completely remodeled and furnished with just about anything you would like have with you, while on holiday and then some, you can cook and bake or simply order a pizza, but there is a full kitchen equipped with a juicer, blender, baking goodies, muffin pans most anything you can think of.

Guest room 1 with twin daybed and trundle and a hand crafted writing desk, this can double as a work space office or will sleep two people comfortably, there is a HP 4 in 1 too.
Guest room 2 with a full size bed, will also sleep two persons.
Secondary bath has a walk in shower and a separate soaking tub this bathroom is like a spa. Sleeps 6 comfortably and we can accommodate two more with a cozy blow up mattress too.

Year Purchased: 1974
This is my family home and the photo is my Mom and Dad celebrating their 50th anniversary last June. OK aren't they cute! The house has so many great memories. About me, well I'm an animal lover, I have two dogs Paw's and Teya they are a mix of wheaten and lab - cute as buttons. I also am the proud owner - (you have to have a sense of humor) of two great kids - for sale real cheap, no really they are great! We enjoy camping, the beach which is a short walk, jet skiing, and just about any out-door activity. Oh and the day job, I am an Interior Designer, which is one of my passions.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Residence
From the house I like to walk to the beach and when I am feeling adventurous, or otherwise athletic I also walk to the Dana Point Harbor. San Clemente Pier is close as well as San Juan Capistrano which has the beautiful historic Mission and the train depot. All the grocery stores are close including Trader Joe's. Also we have a lot of toys- IE, scooters, jet skis, bikes if you are interested we can work something out, and an RV which sleeps 4 comfortably so if you wanted to camp near by we can help you with that too.
