Set on a bluff on the beautiful Cumberland plateau and overlooking the majestic Dripping Springs Cove, this cozy log home is conveniently located in Monteagle. Located only minutes from Sewanee (University of the South in Sewanee)and St. Andrew's Sewanee School(SAS) a short drive to Chattanooga (45 min) and to Nashville (1.5 hrs). Enjoy countless outdoor activities including world-class hiking in the South Cumberland Park or nearby Falls Creek Falls.

Relax fishing and swimming at nearby Tims Ford, Nickajack, Wood's Reservoir, Center Hill and Normandy lakes. Attend University functions with your loved one's while enjoying this cozy cabin. If your seeking rest and relaxation on your vacation, we have a million dollar view from the deck and a hot tub under the stars that will ease away your stress. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning and a nice novel in the afternoon as you enjoy the view and watch the wildlife. There are plenty of options of things to do during your stay!

This three bedroom (2 Queen, 1 Full), two full bath log home has plenty of room for everyone. There is also a full size futon in the upstairs loft for the kids to enjoy extra sleeping space.

  • It was wonderful! The cabin is absolutely delightful. All your directions were easy to follow, and everything worked perfectly. The weather provided an array of scenery from sunny to rainy to overcast and back to sunny, and it was a treat to see the valley in all its various attire. The foliage was awesome; great timing.   • The cabin was wonderful. The loft was great, the views were awesome and the deck with the hot tub was just perfect. We loved being close to the state parks and did some hiking and even went zip lining. It was a great weekend, and we were not ready to leave. Thanks again for a wonderful time.
