Welcome to your next vacation! Twin Palms is one of the newest condos in the heart of Panama City Beach. Parking is conveniently located under the building without having to walk across the street. There are only around 90 condo units in this 21 story building, so the elevators come quickly. Our unit is on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and away from any street noise.
When you enter the condo, you'll see custom tile floors in the hallway, living, and kitchen areas. There's a king-size bed in your Berber-style carpeted private bedroom equipped with a large TV, DVD player and VCR. Upper and lower bunk beds are located in a cove within the hallway (not protruding out) and a second bathroom is just adjacent to this. The living area hosts a sleeper sofa for any additional guests and also has a large TV, DVD player, and VCR. Cable TV and a phone for local calls are set up. The kitchen is stocked for cooking at your convenience. Linens and towels are provided, and the washer and dryer in the condo comes in handy as well.
It is so fantastic to be right on the beach. The building has about 200 feet of beachfront space with convenient walkway access just a few steps to the white sands. Optional beach service with umbrella and beach chairs available. Relax in the large outdoor swimming pool and two large hot tubs (one outdoor and one indoor). Steam and dry sauna rooms are inside to further relax you. A small exercise room is there too. Parasailing, jet skiing, and other activities are practically right there. You are located conveniently near restaurants, groceries, and shopping; very easy to go casual to the nearby huge pier bar or to dine at many fine restaurants.
