We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Our vacation was off to a questionable start with our flight arriving 4 hours late, but Cindy was able to change her plans on a few hours' notice and she was still able to meet us at the townhouse when we arrived. The townhouse was exactly as described in the website and all of the basic necessities were there, right down to shampoo and dishwasher detergent. Because of food allergies we have to have accommodation with a kitchen and this one was well-equipped and convenient to use. Our young boys loved the salt water pools in the condominium complex and played with some of the local kids there who were very friendly. The neighbors took the time to say hello and were friendly, too. We found the location convenient for shopping with a large mall with Macy's and Sears only 5 minutes away by car. Our kids also enjoyed the 18 hole minigolf at the mall. There were also a Safeway and 2 large drug stores at a similar distance. As for beaches, the Kailua beach was beautiful and sandy and there was also a nice beach for kids at Kualoa Regional Park that wasn't too busy - it's a bit rocky so beach shoes might be advised for small children. We asked Cindy if she knew of a babysitter in the area so we could go out to dinner one night and she found someone for us who brought supplies for the boys to do some magnetic science experiments. The boys were happy and so were we. If we go back to Oahu, we would stay there again.

I am soooooooo happy that we stayed at this gorgeous Windward Oasis with my parents and kids this summer (so sorry for my hubby whose work schedule could not make it)!! The first and most important was the hospitality of Cindy, Brigid, Janie's couple and Anne. My mother flew from Japan arriving at Honolulu Airport early morning and was originally planning to wait for us until evening when the rest of us arrived from East Coast. They were so caring that they provided early pickup for her from the airport and even helped her shopping groceries! We are so impressed by the encounter with warm-hearted people like them. The townhouse itself and furnishing as well as kitchen gadgets and amenities were all well-considered to enjoy the vacation life there. This house has been the most beautiful and well-kept vacation rental we've stayed so far. Even a fried-pan was one of the highest quality, which made cooking at the premise so easy and enjoyable. Both my mom and I wanted to purchase the same one for home use;-) The beds are so comfy and we could easily recouperate from jet lags. The dining table was made of pretty marble, chairs and sofas were so relaxing. The location was very convenient. We frequented the Heaven's beach that was only 10 min or so drive. We also enjoyed early morning tennis then dived into pool followed by the uncrowded jagzzis. What a heavenly vacation! Anyhow, we cannot thank enough for all who got involved with this property. Now Hawaii is one of our most favorite destinations and we will definitely come back!! Much Mahalo!!!

We had 8 wonderful nights in this condo. Very clean, updated and the location in Kaneohe is perfect! A bit of traffic noise, but did not hamper our time inside. Great property amenities, nice linens and kitchen appliances/dishware. Cindy (Property Manager) is the best! Very thorough, friendly and efficient. Will consider staying there again when we go back to Kaneohe! Mahalo!

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A Happy Homecoming

The Windward Oasis property was everything we had hoped for. The pictures are precisely as the property appears in person. It is well appointed and sparkling clean. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by Cindy who patiently showed us through the property and pointed out all of the features and how to information for appliances,etc. We really used the kitchen and were impressed with the quality of the kitchen amenities right down to including some frequently used spices. We enjoyed a lovely view of the bay. The pool was a short walk and when we needed anything from the store it was only minutes away. The owner and the property manger responded quickly to any inquiries we made. Our party of five was completely comfortable in the space. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying there. While it is located on the Windward side of the island it is only 20 minutes by car from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. We found staying here extremely relaxing. While staying at Windward we visited the Arizona Memorial, The USS Missouri, The Dole Plantation, The Macadamia Nut Farm, The Punchbowl, and Waikiki. Restaurants we enjoyed were Devino's (Italian) in Honolulu, Lucy's in Kailua, Kim Chee II in Kaneohe, Roy's in Honolulu. We especially enjoyed greeting our son's submarine at Pearl Harbor as they returned from a six month deployment. It was a wonderful way to all be together under one roof and have "home" cooked meals in a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Spent Feb at this gorgeous condo, spectacluar views of KaneoheBay&mnts . Unit is modern with everything you need from appliances, kitchen equip & immaculate. Beaches at Kailua, Bellows & Waimanalo 15 minute drive all sandy & lots of waves. Climbed up to the lighthouse at Makapu, quite a choir but well worth the effort. Ate at Haiku Gardens in Kaneohe & Roys in Hawaii Kie, both excellent.Don't miss RoundTop Drive,magnificent vista of Honolulu,Diamond Head&Waikiki. Pearl Harbor,Waimela Park with waterfall onlNorth Shore, great.Perfect vacation, very relaxing.

My family of 6 (four children) stayed at the Windward Oasis for almost a month. We came with just our clothes. Brigid thought of EVERYTHING! From spices in the kitchen to child safety gates, all the toiletries you would need, multiple sheet sets and towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. It was very clean upon arrival. The pool/rec areas are beautiful. Lots of grass and hills and paths for the kids. Great views all around. Cindi and Brigid were wonderful to work with. The location is perfect. It's convenient to everything. Two dedicated parking spots and lots of guest parking. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great Location, Beautifully Remodeled & Immaculate

What a fabulous property and location! We had a most wonderful six weeks in this aptly named Oasis. We have never been to the east side, “Windward” side of Oahu. We were so delighted by its natural beauty and gorgeous, uncrowded beaches. We took full advantage of the condo's proximity to great restaurants and shopping. This property was a welcome respite from the chaos and congestion of Waikiki which is too commercialized. We felt part of the real Hawaii when staying at the Windward Oasis. The townhouse itself exceeded our expectations. The property has been well cared for and thoughtfully remodeled. As I have dust allergies, I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the home. The marble, travertine and wood floors/stairs felt great on bare feet. We all enjoyed the living room couch and love seat which fully recline. The beds were particularly comfortable. Our teenage daughter liked the iPod players and big screen HDTVs. We hope to return next year for three months, so writing this review was hard because we don't want anybody to book during the months we want it :-) Mahalo, Jim, Mary and Elizabeth

Best Property on Oahu!

We have spent a lot of time on the Hawaiian islands over the years. We have enjoyed several lovely properties, but none as luxurious and well cared for as this one. We appreciated all the new furnishings, the comfortable beds, the spectacular kitchen with pristine, top-notch appliances, the marble baths, the big screen HDTVs, the view over Kaneohe Bay, the travertine floors and the overall cleanliness of the place. We appreciated the serenity of the community and the many amenities it offered, from the beautiful Koi fish ponds to the relaxing jacuzzis. The location was ideal, conveniently located to great supermarkets, pharmacies, yummy polynesian/asian restaurants and bakeries. We enjoyed the exceptional beaches on the east side of the island, only 10 minutes from the townhome. We felt genuinely welcome, as the owner and the manager anticipated and were attentive to our needs/preferences. This truly was a tropical oasis, an exceptional home away from home.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful property with us! We had a great time in Oahu! We were surprised at how beautiful it was as we'd heard from so many different people that Oahu was the "worst" of the islands. Well we're regular visitors to Maui, and now having explored the island of Oahu, I can safely say they must be crazy! The Koolau Mountains are breathtaking and the white powdery sand on Kailua Beach was amazing. We had a blast visiting the North Shore several times (I think that area is most definitely our favorite - we love the laid-back vibe!), hiking to waterfalls, snorkeling in Hanauma Bay, visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center, shopping the swap meet, and eating at all the local restaurants! We can't tell you how great it was coming home to such a nice place to wind down and sleep after long days of driving and beach hopping! The property is so well maintained and SO well stocked! There was everything from laundry detergent to shampoo to every kitchen necessity you could think of! The ONLY thing that kept us from a 5 star rating was the location. It's not in a bad area, but it seemed like no matter where we wanted to go at any time, it always took at least 30 minutes - even to the nearest beaches. BUT - that being said, it still would not detract us from staying at Windward Oasis on our next visit! This property makes up for it! You will not regret staying here!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful town home. We enjoyed the pools, the walking path and the easy drive to so many parts of Oahu. The driving instructions and books were helpful. Our three young children loved having such a comfortable, quiet, friendly place to come back to after our daily excursions around the island. Absolutely wonderful time ladies! Perfect weather and beach time. Saw a lot of the island in 10 days....never bored. The condo was excellent, clean, quiet, well worth it. PS. Watched humpback whales off the shore near Shark’s Cove and swam with turtles and surfed on the North Shore near Haleiwa. Never a dull moment on this trip. First and foremost this place is awesome. We looking for a place to stay that was quiet and not one of the big hotels, and no parking fees. Our stay here was like staying in our own home, only in Oahu. We came to Oahu for a wedding and also we were celebrating our 34th anniversary at the same time. We had our daughter and son-in-law with us in the townhouse. We had plenty of room for us and having two bathrooms was perfect. The pictures on the internet are of exactly the way this place is "perfect." They have so many nice new things and a book with detailed instructions and maps of places to go and how to get there. They also had many books and brochures of things to do or places to see. The pool and Jacuzzi tub are a close walk from the townhouse and also very nice. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi several times, along with the outdoor barbecue. The townhouse has a garage with some beach toys, chairs, ice chests, mats, etc. The townhouse is completely furnished and has fantastic beach towels, along with beautiful thick regular bath towels. There is an awesome stereo system for cd's, a dvd player and large flat screen HDTV. We made good use of the kitchen with all the appliances. There is an ice maker and filtered water dispenser in the door, microwave and regular ovens, toaster, coffee maker, blender, great knives and other utensils. They even had ziplock bags that we made use of for packed lunches for our many adventures. There is a Safeway store only a couple of blocks away along with many other stores, gas stations etc. The owner and their property manager, Cindy were both awesome in helping is with our arrangements. We truly felt as though we were welcomed into our best friends home for our stay. You can easily travel to any and all tourist type destinations, on Oahu, from here in around 1/2 hour to maybe 1 hr max during traffic times. This was our first time to Hawaii and after spending time around the entire island I would not want to stay on the Waikiki area due to the congestion, noise and lack of parking. It was nice to visit there, but stay on the windward side for peace and quiet. Roger & Patty from the San Diego area. Everything is brand new with all the conveniences of home- front loading washer/dryer, two big screen TV's, fabulous kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and baths, beach chairs, cooler bags - I could go on and on! Both Cindy (in Hawaii) and Brigid are fabulous and attend to your every need. We have stayed in several condos in various locations in Hawaii and this is the BEST!!! This is the real Hawaii without the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. As well, numerous guide books and information is available in the condo which is extremely helpful. The scenery is this area is breathtaking and the beaches are serene and beautiful. We visited several beaches: Kailua, Lanikai, Waimanalo, Bellows (my favourite but only open on the weekend) and Waimea Bay (famous for surfing). Drive down the Kamehameha Highway to the North Shore (Haleiwa) and take the time to explore along the way. This condo is a perfect location to see everything on the windward coast. My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed in your fabulous condo from March 13th to 22nd and had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful windward coast. This condo is the best we have ever stayed at. We felt like we were in our own home. This side of the island has the best beaches. Everything you want to see is no more than 30 minutes away. The pool and tennis courts are just a few steps away from your front door and were never crowded. We loved it and are looking forward to a return trip.

I do agree with the reviews that the condo is very well appointed, Cindy was excellant. The condo faces a busy street and there is a constant noise from the road. We did not enjoy our time here and would stay closer to the beach in Kailua. It would be nice to walk to beach instead of driving 20 minutes.

This condo is the best we have ever stayed at. We felt like we were in our own home. The owners have thought of everything. This side of the island has the best beaches. Everything you want to see is no more than 30 minutes away. The pool and tennis courts are just a few steps away from your front door and were never crowded. I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my husband and son and will remember it forever. We loved it and are looking forward to a return trip. Thanks Brigid.
