Palmwood Villas is a low-rise oceanfront condo in North Myrtle Beach. It has a private oceanfront pool and wide beach. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has beautiful views of the Atlantic from the living room, screened balcony and master bedroom.
The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom and overlooks the pool. The unit is tastefully decorated and sleeps six with a fully equipped kitchen, so it is ideal for your next family vacation. There is also a Pack N Play for your little one.
New bunk beds were purchased for the guest bedroom in January 2010. There is a twin on top and a double beneath. For your sleeping enjoyment, a new king mattress was purchased in 2009. New flat screen TVs were installed January 2010 to add the luxuries of home. The kitchen was fitted with new cabinets, solid surface counters and sink and a new dishwasher in Fall 2010. Wi-Fi was recently installed as well. Master bath shower is new winter 2011. The unit has been slowly remodelled to provide the upscale feel that you are looking for.
The complex is minutes from Barefoot Landing, miniature golf, restaurants and outlet shopping. The beach is wide and inviting. There is an on-site resident manager to deal with day to day issues that may come up during your stay, maintain the property and keep an eye on the property from a security standpoint.
**Please note: Unit is unavailable for rent Oct1, 2011-Feb28 2012 due to master bedroom and bath renovations.

DeAnna and I grew up in Kentucky but each enjoyed trips to the beach with our families. Now with a family of our own, we are happy to have a home away from home that allows our girls to experience wonderful family vacations.
Why the Owner Chose Palmwood Villas
When shopping for our vacation home, we looked at so many condos. But we were both drawn to this unit at Palmwood Villas because of the amazing views of the ocean, beach and pool from the balcony. We also like the low-rise complex which makes for a relatively less crowded beach and pool than the high rise condos.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy having our morning coffee on the balcony as the waves roll in. We typically eat dinner on the balcony as well to enjoy the views. The new mattress in the master bedroom makes for an even better night's sleep than our bed at home.

We stayed here for February and March of this year (2010) and were very comfortable. The condo is right on the beach with good views and easy beach access. Despite the busyness of North Myrtle Beach, this accommodation is very peaceful and quiet and we felt very much at home. The condo and the complex itself are clean and well managed and the neighbours and managers are helpful and friendly. Jeff and Deanna were helpful and easy to deal with and everything was as promised. Although not brand new and upscale, this condo was perfect for a couple of months away from Canadian winter. Everything we could want was available and easy to access. We played lots of golf at Azalea Sands, just across the road and if we return to North Myrtle Beach, we will definitely stay here again if available.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
