If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, private vacation, look no further. You just found it. Sampaguita is a small complex comprised of 14 privately owned villas, right on the beach. It's the only complex of it's kind in the Los Cabos area. The double attached bungalow style units are built in a semicircle surrounding the pool area, and look out on to the ocean. It's truly a special place. There's no loud music blaring from speakers throughout the grounds. The only sound you'll hear is the sound of the waves crashing against the shoreline. Our villa #9 is at the back of the complex and looks directly out over the meticulous landscaped grounds, over the pools and out onto the ocean blue. In the early morning you will look out to find the sun rising up out of the ocean, bathing the patio in warmth with a light breeze blowing in the smell of the ocean.
Sampaguita is perfect for young families and those looking to get away from the crowds and noise of the large all inclusive resorts. It's so quite here, they'll be times you'll have the pool and even the beach, all to yourself. The complex is gated so children can wander around without worry. The pool is 20 yards from the patio door so kitchen and bathroom are always convenient. And no more packing up the car to go to the beach. Forgot the sunscreen or need another beer, home is just 50 yards from the beach. Holidaying at Sampaguita with kids really is a holiday, it's soooo easy. The pool is warm and the smaller pool is just 3 feet deep. When you've had enough of the pool, tennis courts are located directly out the back door of villa #9.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love our Sampaguita Villa even more now that we've had our two boys. The main floor condo, steps away from the warm pools, and the ocean just beyond that, is perfect for young kids. The convenience of having the kitchen and bathroom 20 yards from the pool makes for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The complex is comprised of just 14 units and never seems to be at capacity. Most often we have the pool area to ourselves. There's never loud music or parties going on around us. It's extremely tranquil and relaxing. A perfect way to spend a holiday.
Quaint and casual restaurant serving above average Italian fare with a very nice wine list. A 4 minute walk from the villa. Well worth visiting when you're wanting to stay close to home.
Beautifully treed playground frequented by many locals. Features slides, swings and lots of climbing structures. Great for young children. There is also an outdoor soccer arena.
Beautiful new modern grocery store with fresh fish, bakery, wine section, pharmacy, clothing, electronics, hardware, sporting goods. Anything and everything you might need or want.
A strip mall featuring a variety of clothing stores, shoe stores, fast food restaurants, pizza place, dry cleaners etc.
A variety of shops and locally owned independent taco stands and authentic food. Worth a visit.
Very casual pub fare restaurant. Minature golf course located there as well.
Beautiful buffet dining during the week. Highly reccommended. Call for reservations.
