  We spent last week in this condo. It was exactly like the pictures. The condo was clean. The view and sound of the ocean was great. I have no complaints only good memories. Our two grandsons were with us and they enjoyed the ocean and pool. We love Panama City Beach the sand is so white, and the sand bars are great for little ones. Hope your stay is as wonderful as ours. Lord willing we will return next year. Thanks Ginger for sharing your home with us.

  Thank you for renting us your vacation home! It was perfect! Over the years we have stayed in many vacation rentals, motels, etc. but I do believe this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and left your cleaning crew a note stating that! We could not have asked for anything cleaner/better. Your condo was perfect, great ocean views and great views to the east side..perfect! The first morning there we ate breakfast on the very large balcony and watched the dolphins swimming/playing in the ocean, straight in front of the condo! We had a excellent view and got some great pics too!! Loved the balcony, very large and was able to move around without bumping into the patio furniture. At the time we were there, not many was there in PCB or renting/staying at Tropic Winds. We never had a problem with other noises coming from other rentals/condos. It did look like there was a few on the 9TH floor empty and/or for sale. We did not use the fitness room or sauna so I can not rate them. The swimming pool, which is a indoor/outdoor pool, we did not use but it did look very, very clean (pool & pool area) We did stick our hands in the indoor part of the pool and it did feel warm to us. The outdoor hot tub/spa is very big and we did use it one night. It was nice! The beach area in front of Tropic Winds was nice and seemed like they kept it very clean. When we arrived we did not see (or use) the big size luggage cart, But couple days later I did see one family using one, so there is one there....some where. Maybe its kept on a certain floor?? There is a smaller size cart in the condo in the laundry room (for groceries, etc.) I do like that there is no other condo complex built right upon Tropic Winds. (Empty lot on the west side and a few homes on the east side) It did take us 20-30 minutes to drive to the bay area for a cruise but we like staying on the west side of PCB. Thanks for renting us your condo! Hopefully we can rent it again next time we go there.

  The condo itself was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. There were a couple of issues that we noticed while we were there. We only found 1 pool, and it was definitely not heated while we were there, we asked a gentleman that was working there and he replied that they were tring to save on expenses so they were not heating the pool at this time, so there was not much swim time for us, and the kids were looking forward to swimming in the pool. The second issue was that there were no carts to carry the luggage back and forth from the car to the room. But the condo was great! Thanks again

  Owner response: Dear Mona, Thanks a lot for your kind review and sorry for all the inconvenience caused by the weak support of our tropic winds home owner association. Tropic Winds is a brand new condo, they just start to sell it from 2009, because of pool economy and oil spill, they were only able to sell more than one thirds of all the condos till now, I contacted with our Home owner association with that issue, and got the same response from them—they said the pool was designed to be heated, and they will heat it next year until they sell most of units out. I believe they will be able to make the bottom line and heat the swimming pool next year. The luggage cart is supposed to be provided by HOA too, since it will cost around 6000 for a hotel size one, but I will ask my management company to purchase a portable luggage cart for the convenience of our future customers within this month.   Ginger generously rented this beautiful condo to us at the last minute this past Labor Day weekend. My girls (3 and 5) had never seen the ocean and it was my youngest daughter's birthday. This condo was absolutely perfect for us, as I am sure that it will be for others who have the chance to stay here! This condo is as beautiful as it looks in the picture. The view was amazing and the water was clear and gorgeous. NO OIL! This unit is on a quiet, uncrowded stretch of beach...just what we needed for our small children. Our girls had the most wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Thank you, Ginger, for allowing us to experience your lovely beach retreat! We could not have asked for a better family vacation!   Our July3-10 stay was perfect! Weather was great and beach was so roomy and beautiful! The condo was spotless and equipped with anything you could possibly need!

  We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Being an ocean-front corner unit, not too high, with a very large balcony, made this condo a great choice for our stay. The location is ideal with easy access to everything. We will definitely stay here again.
