  We visited Maui for the first time and stayed at this condo. It ended up being a really great choice for us. The condo is small but well laid out and in decent shape. It is by no means luxurious but is comfortable and well stocked with all the basics you'll need for a vacation in Maui. It came with a couple of beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and pool "noodles" amongst other handy items. The kitchen is fairly well appointed with utensils and such. But the location is the key to this condo. It is right over "Turtle Bay" and just a short walk to Napili Bay. Plus Kapalua bay is an additional short distance. All three places you should be sure to visit. This specific condo is right by the pool. This has pros and cons, proximity is great if you have kids, but I would guess it can also get noisy if the development is crowded. The owners are very easy to work with and seem quite friendly and accommodating. This in itself is a huge win over many other places. Don't underestimate the value of a great owner. Overall I would highly recommend this place, just know what you're getting, a basic, not fancy but solid condo rental.

  Hi Julie, just a quick note to thank you for letting us stay at your condo. It was a great experience. As locations go, Napili Point is perfect. Sandy beach on one side, great snorkeling on the other. We ended up having dinner on the patio almost every evening watching the sun set. As two pretty accomplished cooks, we found the kitchen had everything we needed to get the job done. BBQ’s were very handy, fresh fish from Lahaina, nice combo. The gift basket was a very nice welcome, especially the coffee. Again, a big thanks from the whole family. Best regards, Rob

  Wonderful ground floor spot right next to the pool with views of the whales and turtles from the lanai! The kids loved being so close to the pool (was a bit cool but still nice). Plenty of space in the unit and kept in good condition. Very short walk to Napili Bay. Owners were very friendly and helpful on the phone. We'd definitely come back!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  This condo was truly our "home away from home" ! The location was superb --swim with the turtles, enjoy the surf and sand or swim in the pool just steps from the deck ! Everything we needed was right there and we enjoyed many meals "in" and also had fun meeting our neighbours over the barbecue ! Our daughter and son-in-law were comfy on the pull out sofa and our bed was as comfortable as ours back home so everyone was happy ! What a beautiful area --we loved it ! The owners treated us like family--they had a basket of goodies awaiting on our arrival wishing my husband a happy retirement --it just doesn't get any better !! Aloha !

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed at this wonderful condo in 2011 and couldn't wait to come back in 2012. My sister joined us this year and B-11 works just as well for 3 as for 2. Beautiful views, pool right outside the door and lots of places to walk nearby. Rainbows are obligatory. Quick response by the owners to even very small requests. Highly recommended for a get-away-from-everything vacation! Ann & Richard

  As a repeat and highly satisfied guest, you can count on my annual visits. We love your place at Napili Point and find it incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Each morning we have a daily walk to see the turtles eating breakfast right down a path by your sliding door. Then we grab our coffee and look out in the horizon at the whales as they frolic in the water. Having a car right outside our door simplifies the come and go privilege of staying at your place, with absolutely no stairs which makes the trip possible for my Mom. I feel peace at your place and am grateful you share it with us annually. I have been visiting Maui annually for 16 years and know the island well, it is your place that we return each year.

  Hello Julie, We are back from our stay at B-11 Napili Point. I wanted to let you know how things worked out. On a scale of one to ten I would say our experience rate an 8 or 10. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Napili Point is absolutely the best location on the island. Your condo was absolutely as described, kitchen was completely stocked and every thing worked (even the meatloaf pan which was a nice touch). We barbequed often and once we figured out how to start the barbeque our cooking was good. We shopped at Costco, Safeway and Napili Market, prices were not to bad and the Napili Market was very handy. We normally bring our own snorkel equipment, but I don,nt like to pack my fins because they take up to much room. The adjustable fins were just what I needed. The WI-fi connections worked perfect and we were able to use both our laptop and Pad. We were able to download our local newspaper daily to keep up with current events. Let me share some of the things we did during our stay: We had a lot of time so we looked in to some time shares (Marriott and Weston). Talks were informative and both gave us dinner coupons for our time. We enjoyed the happy hours, pupu's (enough food for dinners) and sunsets at Merrimans, Sea House and Dukes. Merrimans had to be the best, we did have dinner there (wonderful). Other restaurants we ate at. Star Noodle, hard to find near the Times Market up on a hill. Interesting dining experience, not to pricey. Cool Car Burgers better the Cheeseburgers in Paradise. Gazebo for breakfast, wait is irritating, but after the half hour wait in line one is quite hungry. Pancakes are good. Mama's, I guess everyone has to eat here at least once. We ate for lunch, which people recommended as this side of the island has no sunset and the view at night is nothing special. Mama's food good ,but at $50 a plate its not worth the money. The walking trail from Merrimans (Kapalua) to Fleming's Beach is a good morning walk. Beaches, We like Napili and Kapalua. We also like the Beach at the Sheraton (Black Rock). Finding parking at the Sheraton is quite tricky, but he day we went we lucked out. We also visited Upcountry Maui the town of Makawao and the Kuka Lodge. Nice town to look around and good lunch at the Kula Lodge. Again thank you!

  My family of 3 enjoyed the condo. Do keep your expectation in check. The condo is "tired." It needs updating. It has a slight dirty feel to it. There was an ant issue when we were at the condo from 2/2/2012 - 2/12/2012. There were many ants in the bathroom vanity area and in the kitchen. We made sure that no food was left out and the ants still hung out. I don't want to sound entirely negative. Just be realistic. I understand that it is the tropic and insects are numerous. The location is great. The pool is steps away. The pool area is quiet. The grass area is fun for kids to run around. The BBQs are very close. Parking is great. The unit is quiet, only a few times did we hear any neighbors.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Owner response: We have addressed the ant issue, and are closely checking with our cleaning people. The problem has been resolved and we stand by our renovations and cleanliness. The condo is as displayed in the photographs, there are no tricks or hidden 'surprises'.

  Hi Julie, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying in your condo for our visit to the Napili area. Thank you so much for the very nice gift basket. What a nice surprise and everything was so good! We looked for the old plantation house restaurant on Pineapple Hill but it was gone. Same drive going up the hill but only new homes at the top. We ate lunch one day at the Sea House Restaurant on Napili beach. When I was a teenager we used to stay at the Mauian and the restaurant then was called the Tea House of the Maui Moon. We fixed all of our dinners at your place. We had fish from the Fish Market and grilled everything. So nice to be able to do that because we knew the following week we would be going out to dinner every night while staying at the Wailea Marriot. The weather was beautiful. We saw lots of whales and lots of turtles. So much fun! Hopefully we can do it again soon! Thanks for everything, Nancy
