This oceanfront one-bedroom ground level condo looks out on the beautiful northwest Maui ocean with views of Lanaii and Molokai. It's right above a lovely cove with the best snorkeling on the island, including several resident Honu: the sacred sea turtles.
Why this condo in northwest Maui? Anyone who has been knows that compared to Napili Shores, Napili Surf, or other Napili area complexes, our Napili Point resort and B11 condo are filled with light, have beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and new decor and amenities.
Condo B11 is always updated, with tile floors, full kitchen, and maid service. You can walk to Napili Market and buy fresh fish or meats to barbecue on the gas grills just outside the sliding glass doors, or walk to great local restaurants within minutes. The path to the beach is ten steps down the stairway, and then 3-5 minutes along an ocean path filled with tide pools. You can chill out at the big turtle pool just steps out the back door, where you see a panoramic view of the ocean and lovely landscaping.
While this part of Maui remains less developed, the Ritz-Carlton is just up the hill, and has a golf course course favored by many professional golfers if you want to play On the hills just past Honoapiilani Hwy you can horseback ride through rainforest and pineapple fields at Ironwood Ranch, or hike trails along the northern tip of Maui. It's a place where you can go with a family, a sweetheart, or pals, and if you want activities, there's sailing, parasailing, Haleakala volcano rides and many others. Boat trips leave from Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapalua (all within 10-15 minutes); or you can just unwind in the magic of the Maui air on the patio, poolside or at Napili Beach

Why the Owner Chose Napili
We began vacationing at Napili Point resort in the 80's, and Julie decided to buy, with sisters joining later. The complex and condo are beautiful & location ideal, with easy access to everything without being in an overbuilt area like Kihei. There are feathery Norfolk pines up the hill, as well as the palm trees that grace the coast. The complex is rigorously maintained, and the staff are all sweet and helpful.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We redecorated and refurnished last year, so all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, furniture, flooring and entertainment items are new & comfortable. Flat screen TV in the living room, a large TV in the bedroom, as well as Bose stereo, internet connection and full cable. HBO is also provided free of charge.
Owner's Map of Napili
This is our family condo owned by three sisters, Julie, Georgia, & Jennifer. We come with family every year, more than once if we can! Here's Julie with nieces Jamie & Jessie and one of the gorgeous sunsets you get with our western view every night. It's a special place.

Hi Julie, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying in your condo for our visit to the Napili area. Thank you so much for the very nice gift basket. What a nice surprise and everything was so good! We looked for the old plantation house restaurant on Pineapple Hill but it was gone. Same drive going up the hill but only new homes at the top. We ate lunch one day at the Sea House Restaurant on Napili beach. When I was a teenager we used to stay at the Mauian and the restaurant then was called the Tea House of the Maui Moon. We fixed all of our dinners at your place. We had fish from the Fish Market and grilled everything. So nice to be able to do that because we knew the following week we would be going out to dinner every night while staying at the Wailea Marriot. The weather was beautiful. We saw lots of whales and lots of turtles. So much fun! Hopefully we can do it again soon! Thanks for everything, Nancy

Julie, I need to take a moment and let you know how much we enjoyed your place. we watched the turtles daily and on time counted 8 in site simultaneously! then the surfer dudes putting in right off the rocks out front! waking to the waves was excellent, and the bedroom was always breezy , cool and inviting. the welcome basket was a very nice touch and we enjoyed all of it (esp the coffee for the first morning!). your place was so well appointed, from spices in the cupboard to the toaster and pots and pans. One of my sons as well as myself like to cook and so we used the kitchen several nites as well as for breakfasts. even used the dvd player a couple of nites (redbox) We followed your suggestions, making it to the Gazebo,SeaHouse, mama's, cheeseburger in para and paradiso pizza as well. we are thinking seriously of booking again for next year, have to decide about a cruise to Hawaii from san diego that friends have asked us on,,,,,really enjoyed your place as well as the location, Napili so nice thanks again Jim A

This is our last night on your lovely condo. David cooked fresh mahi mahi and then we watched The Last Song. And we all cried. Tomorrow we go to Kauai for a few nights. We love it here. One year we stayed in Maui a week then did the cruise. We saw Kauai on that trip. We love staying here and I found where mom signed your book last year. Maybe someday I can stay a whole month. We arrived at "our" condo late one evening and immediately settled in. There was a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us and a good night's sleep on a very comfortable King Size bed. Julie had sent us helpful hints before we left home, and we used them almost every day (details about the condo, places to go, places to eat, etc.) We agree with everything previous guests have said. The little touches are what made this excellent: books to read, games to play, a refrigerator with an icemaker, a washer and dryer, and free internet. We saw many whales, a few rainbows and dozens of smiling faces at the pool. This will definitely be a "redo" vacation for us.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a glorious vacation at Napili Point, B-11. This was our fourth visit to Maui and our third stay by Napili Bay. Owners Georgia & Julie made sure that our visit was well arranged and equipped, the staff made sure we were comfortable, and the many sea turtles in Honokeana Cove were ever present. The condo was every bit as comfortable as we expected and we enjoyed being at Napili Point, just around the point from Napili Bay and walking distance to Kapalua Bay as well. We just got home from a wonderful vacation in Maui. B11 is the perfect condo. I loved being on the ground floor a few steps from the pool.We loved hearing the crashing ocean waves.We can hardly wait to return.The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly want.The Napili Point complex is at a great location on Maui.
