Gorgeous house in best location in Sag Harbor - 5 min walk into village and across the road from beautiful Havens Beach, where you can sail, sunbathe and kids can have fun on the beach playground. A Hobie Cat on beach available for you to use as well as 3 adult bicycles, 2 kids bicycles. The heated pool is totally enclosed. The garden itself is also enclosed! So for us, it's a very safe home for kids. The property is set on half an acre. It is unusual to find a house with such a large yard and pool right within the village.
The whole house has been totally renovated this year, including brand new kitchen with marble countertops, Sub-Zero fridge, Miele oven and induction cook top. Brand new washer and dryer in laundry room.

Why the Owner Chose Sag Harbor
Sag Harbor is only 90 miles from New York City, but a world away. We think it is the most beautiful town in the Hamptons, with the best restaurants and unique shops. The village of Sag Harbor is picture-perfect: right on the water, with a beautiful marina buzzing with amazing sailboats and yachts. It is rich in history and our home is located in the Historic District, which is filled with stunning New England architecture. There is a large artist/writer community living in Sag Harbor which adds to its charm.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Enjoy a swim in our heated pool and sunbathe in sun-filled large garden. Barbeque on our deck and dine al fresco. Stroll over to the beach across the road at sunset. Kids can enjoy the ride-on tractors in the garden, which is large and enclosed.
