Newly built Cedar and Log Cottage/Cabin/Ski Chalet in Bolton Landing, on Northwest Bay, on adjoining lakefront property with owners other homes, boat slip MAY be available.
Cottage is situated on the upper level of the building, behind my main house which is also a cedar and log lodge home, and directly adjoining property we own on lakefront land, with boathouse. Cottage allows 4 max at any time, sleeping or other, has kitchen with granite counter tops, rustic hickory cabinets, full refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee machine, outdoor gas barbeque grill on upper deck, second covered upper approx 20' x 8' outside 16' sliding doors facing east to lake. Two queen beds, gas fireplace in living room area, 52" flat screen TV with full cable, dvp, wireless internet, full central AC and heat, full bathroom with shower, Cedar log spiral staircase to loft.
Use of outdoor hot tub may be available at additional charge.
Full week rental guests may have scheduled use once or twice per week (at the owners discretion) of full gym in other home on the property for guests 25 years old and over in the gym area).
This is private and secluded property on a private road, and is one of three properties on the owners approx 2.5 level acres, adjoining owners lake front home property.

- Newly built one year ago, Cedar Cottage, Cabin, Ski Chalet is the upper level of building, built with all cedar finish walls and cathedral ceiling in living area, oak flooring, gas fireplace in living room area with 52" flat screen TV, full cable, DVD, wireless internet, kitchen with granite counter tops, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, gas barbeque grill on outside upper deck, large 20' x 8' (approx) covered deck also outside living room area 16' sliding glass doors, Cedar Log Spiral staircase to loft with 2 queen beds, living room couch, oversized plush lounge chair and ottoman, rocker, kitchen log dining table and 4 chairs. MAY have use of outdoor hot tub for additional charge.

- For weekly rental guests may possibly have access at owners discretion to use gym equipment in other home on the property once or twice during full week rental (with treadmill, two commercial spin bikes with computers, rower, elliptical, inner and outer thigh machine, ab and back machine, full dumb bell set to 50 lbs each, full mirrors, bench, flat screen TV with dvp and iPod speaker dock in gym area, balance balls), as well as POSSIBLE use (once during full week rental) and only adults 25 and older in the gym at any time, no exceptions. LAKEFRONT HOME on my adjoining property IF NOT RENTED, Cottage guests MAY have use at owners discretion of KAYAKS and CANOE, and use of boathouse deck if Lake House is not rented, and at the owners discretion. Boat slip may be available for boat up to 30'.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Year round weekly rental of fully furnished Cottage/Cabin/Ski Chalet.
$1500/week off season, mid September to April, May thru mid Sept $2000/week
Outdoor hot tub May be available during fall/winter.
Boathouse deck use May be available if Lake Front home is not rented.
Full Gym May be available in other home to guests 25 and over at owners discretion
on scheduled basis, once or twice a full week.
BASIC cleaning charge of $125 additional.
Additional security deposit of $750 required.
