Mountain getaway centrally located in Pagosa Lakes and overlooks the second tee box of the Meadows Golf Course. It is only blocks from the Clubhouse, the Recreation Center, and within walking distance are numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops.
Downtown Pagosa Springs is just a few minutes away and twenty minutes to the Wolf Creek Ski Area, which boasts the "most snow in Colorado" with an average of over 600 inches per year! This townhouse is perfect for family getaways, or for couples seeking a getaway vacation.
This new 2200 square foot townhouse is a lodge-style home with air-conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a heated two-car garage. The downstairs includes a guest bedroom and guest bathroom, kitchen, living area and patio. The kitchen has custom-built cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and can seat 10 people. The living room area is open and has seating to accommodate several people. It also includes cable TV, a DVD player, and high-speed internet access.
The master suite, located on the second-floor has a free-standing gas fireplace, a balcony that overlooks the golf course, and master bathroom. This master bath is equipped with double sinks and granite countertops, a walk-in shower, a jetted tub and large walk-in closet. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and adjoining game/TV room with futon and access to the third bathroom.
Pagosa Springs is a place where a person of any age will have no problem keeping busy. There are many seasonal outdoor activities as well as places to visit that will intrigue people of all ages. Of course, on vacation you might not want to keep busy. In that case, sit on the patio, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful view of the San Juan mountains or venture into downtown Pagosa for a relaxing evening in the natural hot springs which has made Pagosa Springs famous. Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs
Our families enjoy snow skiing and snowmobiling during the winter months, which is offered at Wolf Creek. This area is not as crowded as other ski areas. Jeff, one of the owners, is an avid golfer who has enjoyed the 3 golf courses in Pagosa Springs. Brad, another owner, frequents the San Juan River on a regular basis for world famous trout fishing. The kids love the tubing on the river which runs through Pagosa Springs, and I love hiking and biking.

The townhouse is spacious and great to entertain in. We are located in an area where we can walk or bike to many locations.
