The restaurants, exclusive shops and fitness facilities of the Westin Resort are adjacent to this Lyons property and available to guests for a nominal fee.
Your private porch with Carolina rocking chairs overlooking the pool is ideal for sipping your morning coffee, relaxing with family/friends, or watching swimmers. The pool (heated during the months of March, April, October, and November), spa (operational March through December), and gas grills are reserved exclusively for guests of the Lyons properties. This Lyons town house has been recently updated with new ceramic tile throughout the downstairs and new carpeting upstairs and in all bedrooms. Fresh paint, a built-in desk for a laptop computer, novel bed comforters, upgraded electronics, a GE glass/ceramic stovetop, and a new, queen sleeper sofa in the loft area are some of the more recent upgrades complimenting this property's vibrant new look.
The first floor boasts an inviting living room that envelops you in warmth and fellowship. Walls of windows, a large, built-in TV with VCR/DVD, propane-operated fireplace, and a colorful area rug blanketing new ceramic tile are featured. The bright and cheerful kitchen with breakfast island and two barstools adjoins the dining room, which seats eight comfortably. The first floor also offers a powder room, laundry facilities with a full-size washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining, full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a loft/playroom area with a queen sleeper sofa and TV/VCR. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs (king and twin bed, queen bed, and two twin beds) each with its own adjoining, full bath. This distinctive town house also offers guests wireless internet service, an outdoor shower, and a carport for four vehicles tucked underneath the living area. Other features include cable TV in all bedrooms, living room and loft; a collapsible playpen; an EvenFlo child gate; and high chair. All of the comforts of home await you in this delightful property!
The Lyons properties are comprised of six, duplex-style buildings nestled around a heated pool, spa, and immaculate grounds. There are a total of 12 Lyons town houses. Lyons 4 is one of three Lyons properties closest to the access gate that opens to Folly Field beach park, where you will find the plank walkway that leads you to the beach. From Lyons 4, the beach is just a 3 - 4 minute walk! On the way, take in the natural beauty that surrounds you or watch the kids frolick on the playground of Folly Field beach park. My family had a wonderful experience at this property and rate it as one of the best condos we have ever rented. With 6 adults and 3 children, no one felt crowded with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The full size washer and dryer was an added bonus and allowed everyone to go home with clean laundry! The extra large kitchen table was especially great as it allowed for the entire family to sit down and enjoy mealtimes together. The large front porch overlooked one of the property pools and was a great place to relax in rocking chairs. The beach was only a 3-5 minute walk from the condo which alowed for easy access without the need to drive and find a parking space. Overall were very pleased with this condo and highly recommend it for a family vacation!

We live on Hilton Head but often need a condo for when all the kids and grandkids visit. This Lyons unit is the perfect condo for their needs. The furnishings and bedding are first rate and all the beautiful flooring is brand new with tile and carpet. We have rented other units at Lyons and this is the best of the best. Our kids love it because of it's access to the beach...so close with just a short walk from the back gate and across the street to the beach park and playground. Our grandaughter loves to play tennis and the Port Royal Racquet Club is practically next door, across the parking lot at the Westin. In short, this is one of the best places we've seen on Hilton Head for a family vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a treasure we found here! As a growing family, our young children loved the pool, short walk to the beach, upstairs play room, and the fun they had with kids staying at other nearby properties. All the comforts of home were provided and even a listing of the owner's favorite Hilton Head spots. We will definitely be back next year!
