The condo is beautifully furnished in a bright contemporary style and has a screened in wrap around balcony which overlooks a large pond and mature oak trees. It is on the third floor of a three-storey condominium complex with all the amenities such as state-of-the-art gym room, pool, lighted tennis court, sand volley ball court and basketball court. It is approx. nine years old, 1250 square feet spacious and elegant with 2 bedrooms expertly crafted and designed in traditional Florida architecture with open concept plan. It has 9-foot ceilings and sunken living room with ceramic tile foyer and kitchen.
This condominium is perfectly located for vacationers who want to do just about everything. Within approximately 45 minutes you could be at most beaches along the coastline - such as Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island and Sarasota. It is also 45 minutes to Disney World in the other direction, 15 minutes to Busch Gardens in Tampa and easy access to I-4, Hwy 75, and the Crosstown. You can also visit Cape Canaveral which is located only 90 minutes away.
There are several shopping malls and excellent restaurants within five minutes. Downtown Tampa is only 10 minutes away with its beautiful waterfront attractions. Walk to a variety of restaurants, entertainment, and sports events. Lets not forget historical Ybor City, a smaller version of New Orleans Mardi Gras.
There are brand new furnishings throughout the apartment. This condo is our second home and it is kept very clean.

Why the Owner Chose Tampa
We have been vacationing in Florida for the last five years and enjoy the local sights and scenery of Tampa and the surrounding areas. We chose to purchase a condo this year because we see ourselves returning each year. While we are not living in the condo, we decided to make it available to family, friends and others. It is our personal place which we love and wish to treat it the same way we do our primary home.

We enjoy our place because it feels like our home. Everything is nearby and the weather is always wonderful.
Department stores: Macy's, Dillards, JCPenny, Sears, Dick's Sporting Good's. Additional stores include: Coach, Forever 21, Abercrombie, Metro, Gap, Sephora, Lush, Apple, Baker's shoe, Aldo, Windsor, and several others.
Amazing Local Restuarnt. Everything is made from scratch including sauces, dressing, and batters. Best seafood in town!!

We live in Toronto Canada and have three children who are in University and College. We love to travel and entertain when we are not working at our small business. Frank enjoys the golf season which seems to end so quickly. We enjoy life and try to look after our health.

We were lucky to find this listing when we were looking for a place to stay for Christmas and New Year's. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is very clean and nice. Even roomier and better looking than the photos would suggest! Pool area was wonderful and the location is great, very close to highways and interstates, mall and grocery stores and such nearby. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Next time my family visits we're contacting Cody again, it's a no-brainer.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Cody, We just wanted to thank you for your last-minute help with a place to stay when we came down for the birth of my grandson. The condo was beautifully furnished, comfortable, very clean and was indeed just as described in the ad and photos --- only BETTER!! The property itself was planted and maintained with a lush, tropical feel. There were plenty of chairs available for guest use at the large, wonderful pool. The pool fountains were a hit with my 10 month old grandson -- he LOVED playing in them, and the pool was large enough so that you didn't have the close in-your-face-feeling with other families who were also enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, the towels thick and fluffy, the beds comfy, and the sheets of quality, high thread count fabric. The view toward the back lent a very private feel to the screen porch and great room. We left the blinds open most of the time to enjoy being in the treetops of the live oaks! We also LOVED it that there were not decorative items EVERYwhere as there are in many rentals. So much fru-fru is smothering and there is no place left for the guests' belongings. Thanks also for the great laundry - so convenient - and used many times during our two week stay. Guests might want to try The Cheesecake Factory in the mall in Brandon. Also, Jessie's is a great restaurant a little further down past the mall on the left. If guests go into Tampa, I can highly recommend CDB Pizza near USF --- they have LOTS more than "just pizza" --- First Watch has a FANTASTIC breakfast - also near USF. Landry's on the waterfront and then The Hurricane in Pass-a-grille Beach complete my list of favorites in the food category! Thank you again for your help and for providing such a great place to vacation. I have already recommended it and we for sure plan on returning! Gloria

Location was great, accomodations were very good. And when we needed anything extra (to get the cable tv to work, etc) we were quickly accomodated. We were two professional travelers that appreciated our own bedroom and bathroom, functional kitchen, etc.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

My family's experience at this condo was beyond our expectations. We are a family of 6 (2 kids are under 3!) The sleeping accommodations so fantastically met our needs. The master bedroom is huge, the screened balcony is wonderful and the water pressure is amazing! We cooked here daily and the kitchen was well suited to our needs...Love the large coffee pot. We used the washer/dryer every day as well. I will never spend longer than 1 night in a hotel with my whole family again. The location was perfect, as we spent 4 of our days at Busch Gardens and some time with family in Plant City and other family in Tampa. I plan on booking this very same condo this week every year!!! Thank you!

I traveled to the Tampa area from California for the adoption of my newborn son. The entire duration of my stay was 3+ weeks, which was a long time for me to be away from my family back home. This condo was extremely comfortable, and provided all the conveniences I am use to as if it were my own home. Everything I needed was found in the condo, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and appliances. There was a washer and dryer, plenty of linens and towels, and plenty of room to stretch my legs. The complex has a very nice swimming pool which is a short walk from the front door. The condo is located in a GREAT location: minutes from shopping and restaurants in Brandon, 10 minute drive to downtown Tampa, less than 20 minutes to Busch Gardens and Lowry Zoo, and less than an hour from the Clearwater/St Petersburg beaches! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Tampa area. It is well priced, very clean and arranged to provide the comforts of your home away from home.
