We live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida where we enjoy boating, golf, horseback riding I am a Registered Nurse and my husband works at Eglin.
Why the Owner Chose Hayesville
We purchased this property in order to have a vacation home near John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown. We enjoy escaping the summer heat of Florida while soaking up the knowledge of the instructors at the Folk School. I throw pottery and my Mom goes to the quilting classes. My friend who is a chef enjoys the culinary classes at the school. While we are in class, my Husband plays golf or enjoys hiking on the Appalachian Trails nearby.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My Brothers children who all live in the St. Petersburg Florida area, come to our vacation home to Ski. We have all enjoyed the many hiking trails nearby and discover a new area to hike every time we come. This home is located in the close knit Jarrett Road Community. They have a monthly get together lunch and it is so beautiful, they actually have a book with the homes in it and about the residences. Our neighbors are quiet, kind, and have been lots of fun to get to know.
