Beautiful Las Palmas Estate

Lovely landscaped estate with Palms, Cactus, and tropical citrus. We loved all the oversized potted plants around the very private outdoor pool, spa and dining area. The spa was the largest we have experienced in any rental house. The photos were more than accurate. The property was is very clean and well maintained. We loved the neighborhood because it is close to town but also quiet enough to have a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. The inside is wonderfully decorated and has a lot of room. All of our group loved the property and we plan to return soon.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Property is unique and interesting with original art work, beautiful tile work, hand made quilts on beds and walls, well equipped kitchen and large pool. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We really relaxed and enjoyed ourselves in this quiet neighborhood in the area of the celebs homes. Good dollar value. Downtown Palm Springs with shops and restaurants very close.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful 3-day weekend getaway at this beautiful home. It was very well maintained with great atmosphere. We had spa treatments, food delivery and walked to Trina Turk. What Fun! Some of my friends have already books return trips. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time in Palm Springs. We really patted ourselves on the back for choosing such a great house in such a great location. Walk to town, restaurants and shopping. Loved the home entertainment system with flat screen T.V. and all the bells and whistles. Spacious bedrooms, 2 living rooms, beautiful outdoor gardens and pool, we very happily recommend this property.

Close to all Palm Springs has to offer. Spacious bedrooms, lots of T.V.’s, beautiful pool. We plan to be only staying here on our next stay to Palm Springs.

Last minute we decided to rent this house for Labor Day weekend since the description was for a four bedroom house which we needed to accommodate our party of ten (3 families). After arriving we wished we went with a different house. The description and photos of the house were not entirely accurate. Stock photos were used for the master bedroom and bathroom pictured and were NOT the actual rooms in the house. We were truly disappointed. When I spoke with the property manager about the house before I booked, she never once mentioned that the fourth bedroom and bathroom was separated from the main house. So we were shocked to find that this was the case when we arrived. That fourth bedroom had to be accessed from the outside of the house and it must have had a separate air conditioning system as the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. Hot air was actually being blown INTO the bedroom which made it impossible to sleep in when the weather was reaching 100 degrees. We had to use the uncomfortable pullout and couch to accommodate sleeping arrangements for our party. The description of all the bathrooms having a toilet and combination of a shower/bathtub was inaccurate. One bathroom had only a toilet and no place to take a bath/shower which made it really inconvenient as we had 10 people in our party. The description of saying that the home had been "completely modernized" was inaccurate as well as the beds were old (not to mention uncomfortable) and the kitchen supplies and utensils were cracked, chipped or missing. The washer/dryer were either old or broken as we could not get the detergent out of our clothes as the washer did not spin. On the plus side, the place was pretty clean although there were a lot of ants in one of the bedrooms and bathroom which we sprayed with bug spray found in the house. Apparently this is a common occurrence? The pool was nice and the landscaping was clean. After our return, it took two weeks to get our deposit back and when I addressed my concerns about the house not being the same house as in the listing, I was told that my concerns would be addressed but to this day I have not received a response. I asked that the pictures be changed and accurate description of accommodations be described but this has not happened. I am writing this review so others are not blind sided when the see that the house is different than described. All in all we a good time because of the company but not because of the house.

This was a wonderfully memorable stay. From the moment we arrived to our departure we knew this was the perfect place for our P.S. vacation. Great, beautiful and quiet neighborhood with architecturally significant properties. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Thanks many times over. Highly recommended.

It was hot this summer but we had great fun at the pool and enjoyed all the pool toys. The 3 separate air conditioning zones kept us cool. We took advantage of all the great local restaurants but we spent most of our time cooking and dining at the property because we loved the setting. We plan to make it a yearly event.

This was the greatest spot for reunion. The villa is great for young and old. No steps to climb inside or out. The layout is great because no 2 bedrooms are next to each other. We could dine inside or out, as the weather was usually perfect outside. We could walk to town. Our family all said it was their best reunion and look forward to doing it again. Many thanks.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals. Your villa stands out because of its unique qualities. Hand tiled bathroom that is reminiscent of morocco, round doors, beautiful artwork, and two fireplaces. Great views of the pool and gardens from all rooms. It was a wonderful stay and anyone who stays will enjoy the beautiful ambiance.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The location is great because you can walk anywhere. We loved not having to drive everywhere. The villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We will definitely be telling our friends.

Thanks for renting your wonderful home to us. Our group consisted of 2 families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The pool was great for all of us and the outdoor spa was the largest we have ever seen in our travels. The pool area is very private with direct sun and shaded areas for dining. It worked perfect for us. The home layout was perfect for our group with separation between all of the bedrooms. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning.
