My Unit is in an art deco building that was completely gut rehabbed by a Developer 5 years ago. I bought the model unit. There are only 4 units in each of the 3 buildings in Tribeca East. Mine is situated off of 15th Street so it is quiet and it backs up next to another of the Developer's projects that has a pool so that when you sit on the back patio, you hear only the sound of the waterfall in the pool. There is a swimming pool with sunning area and the landscaping and lighting makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise! + Gated Parking + Upscale Appliances & Fixtures.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
When you are in my place, it feels as if you are in your own home since there are only 4 units per building. It is peaceful yet incredibly convenient to anything you would want to do in Miami Beach. You can walk to the beach. There is a wonderful park (Flamingo Park) that has tennis courts and an Olympic size swimming pool a block away. I enjoy walking the beach and working out at Crunch. Lincoln Road is a block away, which is a walking mall of restaurants and boutiques. There is a fabulous cinema 2 blocks away and everything that South Beach offers.
