This Luxurious, five star, 6 Bedroom Vacation Home has been completely renovated, decorated and refurnished in July 2009. The top quality, beautiful furnishings are all brand new – this home really has everything!
"Sunshine Villa" features two King master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two Queen bedrooms and two Twin bedrooms. Every bedroom has a 22 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, alarm clock/radio and telephone. The living room has a 47 inch full HD flat screen TV with CD/DVD player. The cable TV system includes over 250 channels as well as over 40 music channels and FREE, high speed wireless internet access. There is also unlimited FREE telephone calling to landlines and cell phones in the USA & Canada and free international calling to landlines.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features all new appliances including a gas range, side-by-side fridge/freezer with automatic cubed ice, crushed ice and iced water dispenser. The large enclosed pool is fenced for privacy as is the side garden where children can play safely. The Games Room features a 6' pool table that converts to an air hockey and table tennis table. It also has a junior size foosball table and electronic dartboard.
The villa is ideally located off of Highway 192, with a variety of shops, supermarkets, fine restaurants and other area attractions. Indian Creek is only 5 minutes from Disney World's main gate and a short drive from Orlando airport.
** THIS VILLA FEATURES EXPRESS CHECK-IN ** Once added to your Reservation, this will allow you to go direct to your vacation home without the need to collect keys. You can confirm your reservation prior to departure and you will be sent registration documents by email. Once these have been received by us, you will be emailed an Electronic Security Code that will allow you access to your Vacation Home.

My family of 9, including three generations of grandparents, kids and grandkids, stayed at the Sunshine Villa and were delighted by the spaciousness of the one-story house, the great layout of all the rooms, the incredibly comfortable beds, and the good-sized pool. The proximity to Disney, Universal and Celebration was great. And the days that we didn’t go the attractions, we were so grateful for all of the amenities of the house. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, playing at the nearby tennis courts and playgrounds, working out in the yard, watching movies on the large flat screen TV, having large meals in the dining room, playing foosball and pool, and playing our own games! It really provided the perfect setting for our family reunion and we highly recommend it for others!

Why the Owner Chose Indian Creek
We have been vacationing in the Disney area for many years. After a friend recommended we stay at Indian Creek due to it's great location close to Disney World as well as a stone's throw from a wide variety of shopping and dining, we fell in love with the area and kept going back. When the opportunity arose to own our own vacation home, we knew that Indian Creek was where we wanted to be!
The Unique Benefits at this House
After purchasing the villa in June 2009, we spent a month renovating, decorating and furnishing our new home - everything in the villa is brand new and top quality! The home is bright and sunny so that you know you're on vacation the moment you enter. Every bedroom has luxurious pillow-top mattresses, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, alarm clock/radio and telephone. We love to watch movies on the 47" HD flat screen TV with home theater sound! The area around the swimming pool and garden has been fenced in and we love the complete privacy. We've tried to think of everything you may need to make your vacation more pleasurable. It's definitely a happy place to be!

Lovely house. The moment we walked in, we knew we'd made a great choice!!! Fresh and clean and room for everyone. The area was lovely and quiet and not far from anything. A very helpful information pack was provided and the customer services was great. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you

Home away from home! Mahalo to James for the wonderful accommodations! Your listing and photos amazingly and accurately reflect how clean and comfortable your vacation villa really is. Everything was clean and well maintained and you were so helpful in our reservation process and responded promptly to any and all inquiries that we had. Everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed how spacious and well equipped your home was. The guys were especially happy with the beautiful, big flat screen tv and of course the game room. We also appreciated how close it was to Disneyworld, Sea World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. Not to mention the close proximity of many dining and shopping options. We would definitely recommend your home to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Orlando! Thanks again for everything!! Aloha!!
