Quiet and large beach front property (1 acre planted with palms) with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, conveniently located between the main town of the Island, Governor's Harbour, and James Cistern, on the Island of Eleuthera. Governor's Harbour is about 15 minutes away by car, James Cistern approx. 5 minutes. Villa Atlantic Sunrise is ideal for 2-4 persons, for everybody who likes the feeling of privacy in a quiet and beautiful ocean and beach landscape. Help and assistance is close if needed, but you will not be disturbed if you don't want to. You can watch the sunrise directly from your bed!
One of the nicest Caribbean side beaches, the Alabaster Bay, is only 4-5 minutes away by car. There you have quiet and shallow water and can watch the sunset. An Italian restaurant, Coco Di Mama, is located at the entrance of the Bay, ideally for having dinner while watching the sunset.
Due to its ocean front location, there is normally a good breeze from the ocean side, sometimes also from the Caribbean side. The house is constructed in such way, that there is always a nice breeze going through the rooms. In addition to air conditioning in all bedrooms, all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for further air circulation.
We provide internet access (wireless connection throughout the house), telephone (for calls within Eleuthera), and radio, projector for videos and movies; should you wish to hear your own music, watch TV or movies with your computer, just connect your laptop with an USB port to our box system and projector.

Why the Owner Chose Governor's Harbour
Me and my husband have always liked the ocean. Early in the 90s we discovered this island that was at that time only rarely visited by tourists. We liked the long, quiet beaches and decided to buy a property there and had our own house built there.
