If you want all the comforts of home in your rental unit, this is the place for you. This ground-floor, end-unit condo (with garage) features a large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops,stainless steel appliances, real wood cabinets (in the bathrooms too), cove molding, Cable TV, 42" LCD-HD TV in Living Room, 27", 19" and 15" sets elsewhere, custom-made draperies and blinds, two lanais (each with reversible ceiling fans and fully furnished including Electric Grill) 1650 sq ft under air - 2000 in all. Kitchen is fully equipped with two sets of dishes and flatware. Dining room has a 70" (with two 12" leaves) x 42" table, buffet, wine stand, and six chairs (all real wood). Master bedroom has a king-size bed, showerstall and tub, two sinks and separate water closet. Guest bedroom has Queen size bed, armoire (with TV) and walk-in closet. The guest bath has tub/shower and single-sink vanity. There are lots of new towels and two sets of bedlinens for each bed. Western-facing lanai overlooks a lake and the 16th tee box and fairway. Garage is furnished with new men's and women's bikes and beach chairs. Unlimited local and long-distance telephone service and WiFi. We stayed in this unit during the month of July 2010. Great unit with everything first class. Very responsive owner. Everything provided in this unit for renter. Heritage Bay has it all including great dining and wonderful golf.
