A gas barbecue grill is there for your outdoor cooking.
Relax on the comfortable sectional in the LR while watching digital cable TV with hundreds of channels and pay per view. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and a bath with large shower and bench; also a second TV.
Twin Beds in the second bedroom -- good for guests or grandchildren! Guest bath has tub and shower. Full sized washer and dryer in the garage.

Year Purchased: 2005
We purchased this villa to rent out to others so they could enjoy the wonderful lifestyle at The Villages. We have many friends there who are snowbirds and we live close by in Orlando. We love to golf, and if you do, too, you will enjoy the many wonderful courses. Restaurants are also plentiful. When we visit, we always bring our toy poodle Lily, and so we invite you to bring your little doggie also. The Villages is a great place to have a wonderful holiday.
Why the Owner Chose The Villages
We bought this unit because it has open space behind it, and because the location is very convenient to both town squares. Close to Tierra del Sol Country Club, Santiago club, and Hacienda.

When you stay in our property, you are considered residents of The Villages. You have a member card and this entitles you to play golf for free on all the Executive (Par 3) golf courses, and get resident rates on the Championship courses. You can also use the tennis courts, the adult and family pools, and all of the other recreational activities.
