From the minute you enter our gorgeous 2 bedroom condo on the fourth floor of the Regent Grand, you will know you made the right choice! The views and decor will immediately tell you have arrived in paradise!
Many condos listed on VRBO are actually units rented by the resort directly. Our condo was specifically furnished for the discriminating traveler. We have 2 bedrooms-each with a king size bed and private bathroom. We rent our condo on a very select basis to insure that the quality and condition of the furnishings and premises remain in tact.
If desired, you will be greeted at the airport and personally escorted to our Turquoise Paradise suite. Your local escort will be available to assist with any of your needs including a stop at the local market on your way from the airport to stock your fully equipped kitchen!
The Regent Grand is centrally located on beautiful Grace Bay Beach within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Grace Bay Beach is famous for clear, calm, turquoise water and clean, soft, white sand. You can walk for miles in either direction along this uncrowded, safe gorgeous beach.
This elegant resort is comprised of only 46 units and sits on 300 feet of magnificent Grace Bay Beach and offers an infinity edge heated pool with dual heated outdoor Jacuzzis. Property amenities includes: complimentary use of high end pool and beach furniture, beach towels, flood-lit tennis court, bicycles, state-of-the-art gym. There is a private owners & guest bar poolside and a restaurant offering room service and room charging.
Our suite was custom decorated for us and is now available on a very limited basis to discerning adults. Upon entering our condo, the turquoise water of grace bay is visible in every direction-whether from the wall of glass facing grace bay or the mirrored dining room reflecting the sea.
There is a 23 foot terrace overlooking Grace Bay with a dining table and loungers. A fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main salon has a 50 inch plasma television, and a stereo complete with an IPOD docking station and surround sound. Both master suites with private baths have king size beds, upgraded linens, 32 inch plasma televisions, and clock radios with IPOD docking stations.
One bedroom even has a PS3 for gaming or watching movies (incl. Netflix) the other master bedroom does have a DVD player.
Your stay includes use of a local cell phone, free internet, a net book, and a phone with free calling to the US and Canada. Housekeeping services are provided according to your needs and desires.

We have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean. We love beautiful uncrowded beaches where one can walk safely for miles along soft sand and clear water. Once we arrived at Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales 10 years ago, we knew we found our paradise. We wanted to make Grace Bay Beach our home away from home!
We maintain very high standards for decor and cleanliness, and so we purchased our own place to which we could feel comfortable to return several times a year. We have decided to rent on a limited basis through VRBO because we are willing to share our little piece of paradise with other discerning families.
We know once you enter our condo, you will truly understand our Turquiose Paradise!

thanks Donna for the great experience. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We've been to some great places around the world, and this is definitely one of our favorites and we'll be back. Your property was perfect for us. Very nicely appointed. The staff were the best!!! Very gracious and there all the time for whatever we needed. One of the best places to stay on the island!!!!

Donna, We made it here without any travel delays/difficultties. Provo is Beautiful! Your condo is beautiful and the folks here at the Regent Grand are great! Thanks so much for stocking the refrigerator for us. Suzy was incredibly excited and surprised to come here. She even said that the Turks and Caicos were the #1 spot that she wanted to visit! Hi Donna, Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to relax and be pampered. You are right, the water is the most gorgeous turquoise I have ever seen. The staff and everyone we met were just wonderful. So friendly and helpful. We never felt we were bothering them or asking too much. What a pleasure to be greeted by such happy people every day. It sure was hard to leave last Thursday. Especially when we knew how nasty the forecast was for Charlotte. Hope you made it before the storm hit on Friday.We really appreciate all you did to make our stay fabulous. It was awesome!
