It is centrally located in the heart of Hailey on a quiet dead end street. A two block walk west takes you fishing on The Big Wood River or on the trail for great hikes or snow shoeing. Two blocks east takes you to the center of town, where you will find Bruce Willis's famous "Mint Bar", the library, our local museum, grocery store, many great restaurants and lots of fun shopping. We have a six plex in town with current movies and a play house, where periodically we have live plays.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1986
Hello, I am Larraine, the owner of this special Hailey get-away. I love my Hailey home and love to share this experience with responsible vacationers. You will love it, too! The location is unbeatable and everything about it is cozy and nice. I will share the local secrets to make your vacation even more memorable. Who knows, you may want to make it an anual event.
Why the Owner Chose Hailey
I would have to say the location is perfect. Hailey is nestled in the mountains and perfect in every way. It is beautiful year round. Our summers are moderate and dry and our winters are crisp with great skiing. The sun shines 300 days a year. Mt Baldy, the famous Sun Valley Mountain is only 12 miles north. You can, swim, play tennis, rent bikes hike, ski, do yoga, we have a local gym, great golf coures, great theatre, good restaurants....you name it...winter or summer this is a great place to live or vacation. Everything is within a short bike ride or a nice walk away. This location is only 2 blocks from the center of town yet on a quiet dead end that makes you feel like you are in the country! I love to travel so being near the Sun Valley airport works for me. I am not in the air path so you would never guess it was so near. I also have our local library on my street. What more could you want?
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the summer, from my dining room you can access a great deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains. My down couch is comfy with pillows galore so you can build a fire and get really cozy when you want to stay indoors. Hailey has everything you want to really enjoy your get-away. You might say Hailey is a great combination of small city life and country living.
