The property is located directly on the Pacific Ocean in the relaxed beachfront town of Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The soft-sand beach affords excellent opportunities for swimming, sun bathing, snorkeling and fishing. Guests will also be able to savor the glorious beauty of Costa Rican sunsets, and will have plenty of opportunities for romantic strolls on the beach. Located in possibly one of the best locations for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Rican Pacific coast, this luxurious condominium will provide guests with all the comforts one would come to expect on an exotic escapade.
The Location:
The Condominium is located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The development is right on the beach and the front patio is about 50 meters from surf. The nearest airport is Liberia (about 20 minutes by car) and the nearest town, with banks, supermarkets and other amenities, is Playas del Coco (about 10 minutes by car).
We strongly recommend guests to rent a car for the holiday. Most major car rental agencies have locations near the Liberia airport, and we can help our guests by contacting these rental companies on their behalf to procure a pricing list. The roads in the area are generally good, and there is no need to rent an All Wheel Drive vehicle unless guests are planning to explore some of the surrounding wilderness areas.
The Development:
The development consists of four buildings and twelve units. There is parking and a security guard to ensure that guests are not disturbed during their holiday.
The Unit:
The unit is approximately 2,100 sq/ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs to worry about) and is facing the beach. There is nothing but a stretch of grass and a few shrubs between the property and the sand!
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1:
One king bed with a great ocean view. There is a TV and DVD player in the room, and generous closets. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers' basins, a toilet, huge shower and a hairdryer.
Master Bedroom 2:
One king bed with a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers' basins, a toilet, a large shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3:
Two single (twin) beds with a walk-in closet.
Third Bathroom:
The third bathroom doubles as a bathroom for the third bedroom and a powder room for guests. There is a basin, toilet, bath , shower above the bath and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including:

Terms:
Rates are per week/day and include all taxes, levies and surcharges.
No meals are included.
Rates include a cleaning person every third day for up to 3 hours a day. Cleaning times are subject to availability from the property manager and will be communicated to the guests upon check-in.
The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however, prior bookings will be honored at the reservation rate.
A minimum stay of four nights is required.
Unlimited use of our golf membership at the Papagayo Golf & Country Club.
No smoking allowed in the unit.
No pets allowed.
