Main house and a Guesthouse, two homes for the price of one and a great beach retreat for larger groups so everyone can enjoy and be close, yet still have enough room to stretch out. Main house has three bedrooms and two baths, great kitchen/dining area and living room. Guesthouse has two bedrooms, full bath with jetted tub, kitchenette and large deck overlooking pool area. Home is very spacious and can easily accommodate and sleep 14 guests.
This completely remodeled and tastefully decorated home with a fun “beachy” flavor of color is festive and helps set the mood for your “kick back and relax” getaway, and is just two blocks from the beach and right in the middle of everything… great shopping, great restaurants, golf, and lots of fun family entertainment. And to make that short trip to the beach even more convenient, the home comes with a street legal golf cart.
This home is fully equipped and has a spacious kitchen with great breakfast bar, and the dining area that provides seating for 10 or more where you can see and be part of everything. The tastefully decorated family room has comfortable seating for all, featuring a large LCD HD TV and a DVD player. The private backyard, patio and pool area is great after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor gas grill for those days you want to cook at home and enjoy some home cooked meals. The pool area, with ample seating, also has a private bathroom off of the guesthouse and an outdoor shower.
Destin is an amazing vacation spot, with sugar white sandy beaches, and more than enough to do during the week to fulfill everyone’s beach vacation agenda.
